Great group of guys to deal with, when it comes to Rickenbacker Guitars! Was looking for one of the new 21 Fret Rickenbacker’s, model 360 in Jetglo. They not only had the 360 I was looking for, they were on sale through the end of May. I immediately placed my order on Tuesday, the 23rd and took delivery of this Ric that Thursday, the 25th of May. Any questions that I had in regards to this guitar, we’re answered within an hour by one of the staff there at Andy’s Fab Gear. Great Service, Great Crew & Very Knowledgeable about the Gear they sell!

I recommend everything about Andy Babiuk's Fab Gear without reservation. Everybody that I dealt with there was nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They all responded to my telephone calls and emails exceptionally promptly — even in the evening and on weekends. Their price on exceptional gear was very fair. Shipping was extremely fast and the gear arrived early. It was packaged very well and arrived in mint, undamaged condition. Indeed, I can't think of anything they could've done better or more thoughtfully. As I proofread this before posting it I realize that it leaves you with the impression that I've never dealt with anyone any better than these guys, and now that I think about it I haven't. Andy Babiuk's Fab Gear is, in fact, the best that I've ever dealt with.

Recently bought a Martin SC13E from these chaps. Excellent service and top notch product selection. I researched multiple websites, shops etc.their pricing was slightly higher but the service they offer is exceptional, a full set up and attention to detail was terrific. Most important they had the finest looking inventory via a Koa wood pattern I saw. I looked at over 50 plus guitars, they had the best looking of them all, so I snapped it up.

Wasn't 2 steps in door before I was asked to put a mask on. Not a hi or hello. It's 2023 there are no mask requirements anymore. If I was greeted respectfully and asked nicer I might have done business here. As randy Jackson says "it's a no from me dawg"
