I have house insurance with State Farm by Andy Kansola.
Personal & business from 5 years and they rubbing me & mass my policy. I got accident in my house basement and State Farm search about the reason of accident and believe or not they didn't cover most of the reason, when I was start my policy they said we covers your house with ($$$) and they didn't said any about reasons that they cover it and simply they just (rubbing me & mass my policy).
I been calling them today and asked about my policy book and they don't want to print it to me they said because you are under a claim State Farm will send it by mail with no track number also they are Not professional at all with answer questions about the website of State Farm
They deserve if anything below 1 star. Make sure you discuss and cover all REASONS for any accident before you start your policy.

STAY AWAY. The agent Mohammed sold me insurance for my car. After 2 bills I didn’t receive the rate he quoted me and he avoided my calls, texts and emails. I had to open a fraudulent case with State Farm’s customer care with this specific office. Do not go to this State Farm office unless you want to be misled and be fraudulently taken advantage of

The team member that did my policy was fantastic. He was very nice and he even offered me cookies. The cookies were fine and everything but I had to put them in the microwave to get the best taste but it was fine. Overall the agency is clean and organized and always takes care of my insurance need. 5 stars. The only thing is I was trying to park my car and there was no space. The landlord parked his car in parking lot which should be for customers. Very unprofessional from his side. I had to walk to the office for like one minute or two minutes. Thanks for helping me. Had a great experience with andy`s office. Got auto insurance & a life insurance policy for me & my son. Very detailed and understands price is important but just as important is coverage. I recm`d going with him.
