Angel Studio Portrait Photography Studio, Great Neck NY

I went with my two girls to take passport photos today. Our appointment was at 11: 30am and ended up waiting and finally took our photos beginning at 12: 30. Although a bit annoyed, I still decided to take photos at this studio because I already had waited to so long and wanted to check this off my list. The owner was very nice and helped us take satisfactory photos. The photos he produced were touched up and very well done. I give this business two stars however because we waited so long and also I do not believe that $100 is the going rate for 2 photos no matter how “touched up they are”. I had passport photos done last year (also “photo-shopped”), and it only cost 20 dollars. To his credit, he is nice and professional but the price can be way better…just being honest.

Answer to your response:
First of all, you made us wait outside for 1 hour even though we had an appointment. For this reason alone, you should not have charged us extra.

Secondly, we started at 12: 30pm, ended at 1: 10. Considering your computer froze while uploading the pictures, and the pictures taken had to be photoshopped for two individuals, I highly consider 40 minutes to be quite unusually long.

Took our family portrait there and really enjoyed the experience. Everything was smooth and professional. Recommend it to all of our friends.
