Aniello's Pizzeria reviews
17This is an amazing pizza place. The staff are awesome, the environment is nice and the pizza is by far the best in the area. I usually go for pepperoni but today I got Chicken Wing pizza with blue cheese. What an amazing choice that was. Spot on, a little heat in flavor, perfect amounts of chicken pieces, crust is thin and crunchy, and they top it off with chunky blue cheese on top. Just excellent. The drink choices are a good variety, ranging from beer to fountain drinks. Perfect for a family to eat in or take out. Definitely one of my favorite stops on Corning.
Great pizza no complaints at all order delivery came quick, very good NY style. And I eat a lot of pizza.
Food was good, service was alittle lacking. Felt ignored while ordering and acted like I shouldn't ask questions about what's in a sausage roll. It was alittle busy but still, customers remember things like that especially after spending over $100 there.
Market Street gem. Park out back if you can! Enjoy a nice dine in experience, or sit outside. It can get quite crowded in here! Food is great, made fresh. There seemed to be a lot of people working, and working as a team. It was nice to see that. Their prices are very good for what you get! They had sanitizer at each table, and other proper precautions which was nice to see. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
Ordered an italian sub with salami instead of capicola, and extra mayo. The sub was an absolute mess.the meat was wadded up, and the salami was cut so thick i couldn't chew it. Threw it away.
This place was absolutely slammed when we walked in, but the staff still made us feel welcome and our orders were made perfectly in no time. We'll be back for sure!
Haven't had their what used to be great pizza in awhile, due to distance. So excited last week to be in town and ordered take out. How disappointing! Garlic/broccoli pizza was as dry as the box it came in. Miniscule amounts of anything in antipasto salad. Last I knew there's always olives and pepperoci, none of above. Probably not go back, not what it used to be.
Ate there on our mini vacation and loved it. Their pizza is magnifico!
Extremely clean restaurant and fabulous service.
Not the best service any more and if you tip your server by credit card the owner gets the tip not the person serving you!
All the employees are always running around with their heads cut off, even when its not busy.
But to be fair they are really busy because the pizza is probably the best in the area that or Riccos.
But their calzones and strombolis arent calzones or strombolis at all. I dont understand why they call them calzones and Stromboli's.its like bread with sauce
Food was good. Hadn't been there in years. Should have called ahead. Took my whole lunch break just to get my sandwich.
I would have given this place a 5 star review if I hadn't tried the other pizzeria down the street. We got the garlic knots which were bathed in garlic butter and came with a healthy looking side of marinara. They were delicious. We created our own pizza with pesto sause instead of marinara. It made the pizza a little too soggy because of this but definitely not bad. They are currently short staffed so can take a little time but you see the commitment from the people who work there.
Good food when they remember to make my order and then when they make it they usually forget part of it.good business but not enough staff to keep up it seems. 3 separate times. I have waited a long time for my food and find out they forgot my order.it would be nice if they offered something for 3 hours of a wait.
Great pizza, good value. Went there while visiting town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great, everyone really liked their food. Would defintely return when in the area.
A time long local tradition. A great pizza, slices, very good. They are always busy so if you go there, be prepared to wait a few minutes.
I've visited 45 states & 35 countries. As far as I'm concerned, Aniello's serves the best antipasto salad and the best garlic knots in the world. Incidentally, it's pronounced "On•YELL•oh's", not "Uh•NEE•liohs", as many locals say.
God, we didn't quite realize how much we missed NY Pizza! The owner was friendly and very hardworking. The food was delicious, hot, and plentiful. The eggplant was the best I've ever had. It was in strips, and I'm guessing it was skinned beforehand. Again, best we've ever had. Oh! The bread! The sub-roll the eggplant was served on was magic! Had a slight crustiness, then melted in your mouth. Awesome! Highly recommend.
