Dr Mineo is simply the best! She has saved my Boston Terriers sight and is very caring and thorough with her treatment. He adores her and I truly respect and appreciate her work and kindness!

The doctors and staff were very professional and supportive in treating the multiple eye problems that our dog experienced.

My cat ended up needing surgery.
The staff go above and beyond.
They call you the next day to see how your pet is doing.
They even sent my cat a get well card and a handmade mouse with catnip in it.
I've never experienced this compassion or kindness at any other vet's office and I've been to half dozen in 40 years.
I'll happily drive the hour and a half it takes to get to this facility any time my cat needs eye care.

We love being a patient here. Our previous vet never once mentioned an eye doctor for our previous dog with glaucoma among several other eye problems. I've since found eye drops are about half the price here in comparison to your regular DVM. Our shepherd has panus and they have helped me manage it beautifully. Our last appointment I was told her eyes look better than when we first came in, as some of the glare has gone away! It's timely, organized, and the entire staff is amazing. Meds are available for pickup or can be mailed, phone calls, refills are very fast.

Lola was contending with an age related eye ulceration that was not getting better so our regular veterinarian recommended Animal Eye Care. Dr. Mineo did an amazing job of prescribing the right medicines and course of care for her and now she is on the mend and back to her old self. Our little fur baby is 15 years old and she has been such an amazing part of our lives that we wanted the best for her and we definitely received it. We have never been more happy with a veterinarian than we have been with Animal Eye Care and we recommend them wholeheartedly without any reservations. Just ask Lola!

Dr. Kimberly Stanz is the reason my dogs life got cut short. She lied about the risks involved with the cataracts removal surgery for Roxy our 14-year-old Boston terrier. She said it was a 95% success rate for an 14-year-old Boston terrier. I was gutted to discover peer reviewed articles where the vast majority of animal eye clinics say less than 20% success rate for that age of Boston terrier. Dr. Stanz has predatory tactics and pushed surgery after surgery on my elderly parents and pushed schedules of the next visits and surgeries. She used our family’s compassion for Roxy as an opportunity for an open check book. We are sickened. I believe Dr. Stanz is so incredibly jaded and I just want to get my message out before another family member gets prematurely terminated. After dozens of appointments, Dr. Stanz never once talked directly to Roxy and only talked to the humans. She had zero empathy. We went to see two other vets and they were mortified over Dr. Stanz reports and the amount of additional labs she required Roxy to obtain. They all said that the treatment prescribed was cruel to the quality of our dogs life. The other vets said Dr. Stanz should have her veterinary license taken away. We put our sweet girl Roxy down two months ago due to suffering and there is no one to blame except Dr. Stanz. Although Roxy had bad vision before the cataract removal surgery, she still was healthy and happy and would have probably lived for another few happy years. Do yourself and your beloved pet a favor and stay away from this clinic.

Dr. Mineo was wonderful! She took a lot of time to explain what was happening with our kiddo. Would definitely recommend!

I take my friend and my friends elderly doggie to this clinic for treatment of cataracts. The little doggie is doing great. We travel from Pennsylvania and they are always punctual and accommodating.

Great People took care of my daughter Chrissys Cat and the service they performed was awesome.

I brought my sweet baby angel in for a cherry eye surgery and was blown away at how nice and helpful everyone is. Dr. Mineo is super nice, explains everything thoroughly and answers every question without rushing you. I called a few times after the surgery with questions and spoke with Alex often, SO HELPFUL and SO SWEET! You can tell they truly care. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Stanz and her crew were amazing and patient while treating my very nervous pup Nash. He had surgery on both eyes for entropion and he looks amazing and feels amazing just 2 days post op. He’s very thankful for his “get well soon” card and toy thank you for everything!

I was I credibly impressed with the compassion, empathy, and professionalism of this animal hospital by all their staff. I traveled from Rochester for medical attention for my pug, Murphy. The vetinarian was very informative and insightful to my pug's condition. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
