Save your time and money. Inexperienced techs, not up on new nail technology and outdated methods of servicing clients. I got my nails done yesterday and they are already chipped. Two hours in the chair. A waste!

Eileen is the best nail tec in Brooklyn! Very professional and talented lady. She can do everything!

Not busy, expensive, and if u wanted to do something that u found on a picture please don't go their they can not do what u ask.

My nail tech is amazing and does exactly as I ask her. Always get compliments on my nails.

Came with my daughter, they couldn't service us together to enjoy mommy n daughter time so I let my daughter go first. Her mani n pedi was beautiful. People asked to take pics of her nails. The nail design I asked for as simple as it looked, seemed to be too hard for the lady who serviced me. I asked her 3x to fix it, and she did try. However, she just wasn't getting it right so I left it alone. She was also pushy on the gel polish, upselling me, only to not even do the design I wanted. Jennifer did my pedi, n I wasn't really in the mood, as she had been loud n aggressive with workers already. While she worked on my toes it wasn't really a relaxing time at ALL. My toe nails weren't trimmed or filed at all. The polish wasn't the best as it was over the sides of my nails.

I like the new nail tech they hired she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I love it at Anna’s. Everyone there can do nails, I will always go to them. BUT during this pandemic the prices are a little high but I rather pay them than go else where get cheaper and be upset later. I been going to Anna for the last 5 years and was never let down. I really miss Tina for the pedicure, too bad she not there anymore. But give them a try you will be happy with the results!

I've been coming to this place for years. Their prices have gone up significantly. And whenever I'm getting my nails done I'm totally OK with allowing my stylist to get up and do eyebrows for 5 minutes. It's not a big deal. But when I go in just to get eyebrows done I don't get the same courtesy. They overbook themselves and rush to get to the next client. Overall I trust them but their people skills are horrible

Just got my nails done on 2/13 today is 2/16 my gel literally lifted off 3 nails yesterday smh.disgusted

My first time here and will never go back it seems as if the person doing my nails had no clue as too what she was doing horrible location nails were thick and lumpy cut me twice with machine and paid 55 just to get the hell out save your money and time dont go there

Great nail salon. They are very patient even when it gets crowded. It’s mostly crowded on the weekend in the morning. I came back around 4-5 and the wait wasn’t that long. They close at 8 pm most of the days except for Sunday which is 7 pm.

Terrible! A young guy did my nails on Saturday and on Wednesday 1 came off and the rest look like they are about too. People should not do nails if they don’t know what they’re doing
