Annie's Nails & Tanning Salon, Monroe NY

I am new to the area and have had a lot of trouble finding someone to do my nails the way I’m used to. Initially when I showed them a photo of what I wanted, they told me that they didn’t have the color that I wanted. We agreed to move forward anyway, but then they proceeded to soak off my nails even though I said I was there for a fill-in. I was told that they couldn’t do fill-ins even though I usually get 2 fill-ins before I get a new set. Nonetheless, they tried really hard to give me what I wanted and I appreciate them trying. Overall, I did not get what I wanted but the communication was difficult and they did their best to be accommodating and they had good customer service.

I like here, the hair dresser did a good job, everyone is nice, the spa pedicure is so good, good service

Disgusting experience
Everyone gives Attitude when they smudge up! Employee's were rude when they had to fix their own mistakes after rushing to apply polish. They left out spots on nails and didn't apply evenly the polish!

They over charge you while you not even satisfy. I don’t know about the hair but they not good at nails at all. And then they almost fight with you for tape.

I like going to Annie's they always give me exactly what I asked for and if there's something I don't like I can just simply tell them to change it and they will

I went to this salon to get my hair done several times the Chinese gentleman who does my hair and the lady who does the nails kept lying to me about booking a hair appointment claimed the gentleman was booked called next day I called next day and when I called they starting talking on they language and said go to a different salon we don’t like Spanish people’s hair because my hair is hard and we don’t do Spanish people’s hair and it’s not the Chinese gentleman is always on his phone MIND YOU THE NEW OWNER IS RUDE AND IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS

I been coming here for years for my haircut and roots, but today I decided to change my hair color to a lighter one and Minh did an incredible job! He is an expert in man's haircut too. I even saw him cut his own hair. An amazing talent!

Worker doesn't listen to instructions on nails even after repeating times on what the request is. During payment a lady was telling me how much I should tip and kept attempting to force a larger tip. Stay away from this place.

Horrible experience. Worst foot massage. They wrecked my nails and would not refund my money.
