He helped me on the phone with tax questions (not advice, just logistical info for filing from abroad) even after I told him I was going to have to file on my own. Not too many people do that.

Unprofessional organization. Does not return calls and isn’t up to date on most recent tax laws. Younger receptionist is clueless. Stay away!
