Wine Bar Antler reviews
14This place is awesome. Firstly, they have a sick happy hour from 4-7pm daily that has $5 beer and wine—this is an unreal deal for NYC. It’s also a super cool and relaxing space with good music and friendly staff. Definitely check it out!
Cozy wine bar, great for a late afternoon group hang. Wine and wine-based cocktails were delicious, as were the limited bar snacks.
The Antler is a fantastic wine and spirits bar in New York. The cozy ambiance, impressive selection, and reasonable prices make it a must-visit. But what really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by bartender Mateo. He made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We will definitely be back!
Really solid spot for a mulled wine. Didn't stay long enough to get a full read but would definitely recommend.
Had a massively strong mead as well.
Everything from the low lighting to wooden decor makes this place feel very intimate. The bartender is a friendly dude & I enjoy coming here with my partner whenever we can get the chance. It’s such a cute little place to stop by for drinks & get away from the rest of the noisy city.
Cool vibes and friendly staff. As a wine bar though, their wine selection seemed small and the wine came out warm. I'd probably get beer here instead next time.
It was my 2nd visit on 12/22, and I was pretty disappointed this time. On my first visit, I ordered the very first cocktail on the menu, which I particularly enjoyed it because the drink was sweet and had a great scent of cinnamon and cinnamon star as a deco on top. However, this time my friend and I could not taste anything about cinnamon and the cinnamon star was replaced by orange peels. We had to ask more for the cinnamon syrup but in my standard, that drink definitely did not taste like the one I had on my first visit. I am disappointed with the inconsistency and I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends anymore ;/
The beer and cocktails were good and the warm mulled wine was great.
However, they ran out of the mulled wine after our first order and the cava they serve is undrinkable. We politely returned it and ultimately didn't pay for it but the bar tender was very defensive about it stating that he'd been serving it all day and hadn't received any complaints.
Chill, comfy vibes. Reasonable wine prices. Great happy hour. Attention to detail with the music and audio setup
Its a great beer and wine bar with a wide selection, friendly staff, and cool people that come in. The beers focus on new york state brewers, which is great for local beer tasters and longtime fans alike, and they also always have a sour option or four, which is great. Orange and skin contact wine fans won’t be disappointed. Overall, its cozy
Comfy spot, friendly bartender, $5 Happy Hour for Pinot Grigio Cab Franc, and Pilsner, Stout, IPAs. Happy Hour was from 4pm to 7pm on Sunday (Don’t know if there is Happy Hour in other weekday). Recommended.
Nice place, drinks, atmosphere.but the stools are too high for the bar top. Since the stools don't have a back to them, it can all make for an uncomfortable sit.
Great space, good moody and chill vibe in a rustic space.
Cocktails were great and the beer selection is excellent.
Way better than I expected. Great bartenders, wine and vibe. Very chill, bring a friend or a date to talk. Not ragey. 10/10 will revisit!
