Fantastic customer service. Brendan was great and fixed our sink right away. Prices are fair- I'd recommend AP to anyone!

Had called AP plumbing to install a shower base for me in a self remolding project along with install a shower head and piping for me.
From the beginning John (my technician) was outstanding explained everything to me step by step upfront pricing and explained the options. Professional from start to finish and went above and beyond. Great employee! And took great pride in his work thank you so much!

Christian Hill and his partner show up to my house to unclog the main line. Very simple straight forward job with their bigger machine. Charged me extra for scoping the drain "full hour" without informing me. Sat outside blocking my driveway while writing up the invoice for 20 minutes. Had to go out and ask whats taking so long. When asked if you were charging me time for siting here writing the invoice they answered yes. As a realtor, I have used AP Plumbing several time before however, I am very disappointed in the level of service lately will not recommend this company going forward. Beware!

Dan and Matt came out to fix my squealing shower. They were such lovely, hardworking young men. So nice to see their great work ethic. Kudos to their employer for hiring such great workers. They were very polite and really wanted to get to the bottom of the problem. Thank you Dan and Matt!

Their pricing is competitive, and workmanship is excellent. I signed on the spot, and within a few hours I had a new hot water tank, all duct work brought up to code, and hot water!
Mike was professional, and got right to work.
He cleaned everything up, and I hardly knew he had been there.

AP Plumbing was very quickly responsive to my sewer backup. They were here within 2 hours to clear the blockage. They then gave me 3 options from doing nothing more, to a long term future prevention fix. I chose the latter to prevent future problems. They came back and installed a patch to prevent future issues. Very professional and pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend AP Plumbing!

Too often in this life we get busy and neglectful of wishing to express thanks for proper service. Such is the case on my part in that I dictated this note a month ago and somehow set aside only to find it still in my “drafts” box. Fortunately the responsive service AP plumbing provided me when my hot water heater died of old age in late November was far better than my responsiveness and saying thank you.

The service of installing our new hot water heater was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Furthermore the follow-up issue of the drainage valve getting stuck in my sump pump was also rapidly responded to and remedied quickly at no added charge. In each instance the individuals who showed up at my door were appropriately identified, respectful of the property, efficient in their work, and pleasant in demeanor.

The follow-up on everything was well done and was deeply appreciated. Feel free to use me and this email as reference material as best meet your need.

Service was fine, but pricing was excessive. As I am not a plumber, I have to trust that the quote provided is reasonable for the task at hand. I was quoted $443 for capping of a waterline in the basement. I expressed that the fee seemed rather higher based on my past experience with plumbers. The technician explained that he would have to turn off the water to the house, wait for it to drain, cut and cap the pipes which would all take about 1 1/2 hours. As he made it seem as if the task at hand was more complex then I had anticipated, I signed the work authorization and he began working. 36 minutes later he was done with the work and on his way. Yes he completed the requested task, but I do not feel as if he was honest in the amount of time and effort needed to complete my request.

I called to give the office my feedback that the price was high and they may want to re-evaluate, not ask for money back. Instead I was pretty much yelled at for being ungrateful. From the offices viewpoint the technician completed the task quickly, which gave me more time to go about my day.

I am very disappointed in how the office responded to my feedback and I still feel as if I was misled.

Great customer service and friendly people when I phoned. Matt showed up on time and was very professional and did a great job with our plumbing project. Cleaned up after himself and left my house looking like it did when he arrived. I would use them again!

AP Plumbing was professional from the first phone call. From the time I called until the job was done was two hours! The guy that came was outstanding and the job came in $150 less than his initial quote! I'm a delighted customer!

They install defective items then charge you more labor for replacing it.kinda double dipping. I was the one you threw the faucet at when you tried charging us for deliver and to replace a defective one at planet fitness you installed 1 month earlier. You dont stand behind the products you sell

Water Heater went bad on Christmas Day, It was 14 years old so it was time.called AP and they were at my house in less than an hour. Came in explained what he was going to do, went and checked my issue, gave me options and within three hours I had hot water again, he replaced it and brought me up to code. It was a little pricy but was worth it on Christmas day. Matt was very professional and loved dogs, LOL, I have two German shepherds that I kept in the bed room but let them out because he had no issues with them. Thanks a lot, what you did in three hours would have taken me a week to do, not to mention getting yelled at by the wife because no hot water!

I call this company because of quick response, quality service, and a professional I can trust to be in my home! 2nd time I’ve used them, and the 2nd time I’m totally pleased!

They did a home inspection for me. Very knowledgeable! They explained everything they were looking at and made sure saw what they were seeing. Great folks.
