12The sandwiches at the Deli are the best in Garrison! Always go with the Chicken Cutlet Parm!
I've been going here for years. Since I moved 5 hrs away I make a special point to go here at least once every time I'm in the area. Food is always fantastic, best breakfast and lunch sandwiches around. Miss their old pizza counter tho, which is no longer there.
These people NEVER get any of the sandwiches right, I always ask for salt pepper ketchup hot sauce and I never get it. I'm not buying my food from a gas station anymore and neither should you.
Decent place for food. They never seem to make enough home fries. They will run out and customer be damned. Not hard to make more, it will sell.
I stopped here in 2011 on my A. T.thru hike before a side-quest to nyc.the bathroom had a TV IN IT!
7.50 for a chicken cutlet sandwich which would be fine if the chicken cutlet wasn’t a frozen processed patty…
I ordered a full serving of the quesadilla and to my surprise it was as big as a pizza! Amazing food and clean place I’m going to come here all the time when I’m around.
Just got a sandwich from This place Spiced Ham & Cheese it taste so off I gagged. Taste like either meat is bad or some type of cleaner was on the food. Either was was very nasty and waist of $9
This place is great
I ate 3 meals from there and they were all very good except for the breakfast sandwich which was cold
Prices are reasonable and it is right off the trail with camping spot on both sides
Great little market and gas station off of the AT and Rt. 9, made to order deli sandwiches as well as pizzas and a small hot bar. All you could want in terms of snacks, supplies and otherwise, look around because odds are they have it. Kind and helpful staff rounds it out.
Very good selection of prepackaged items, grill is usually good, open 24 hrs. Gas pumps are sometimes broken without being properly marked which can be frustrating.
There’s an awesome guy here named Sammy. He is super personable and helpful and makes you feel very welcome. The food cooked is the best. Sammy you deserve the best man thank you for serving me over time.
By the way I don’t think there should be any signs regarding masks and I’m glad they don’t have them I one hundred percent agree with the owner that this should be a personal choice if that is how he feels. All I can say is don’t give in to the weirdo blue haired feminists and hippie “scientists” who change their minds on whether masks are effective every two minutes. Covid isn’t a big deal and it won’t kill you if your healthy.and if you’re not healthy than stay in your house and wear a mask if you CHOOSE TO. Don’t blame the owner of this place because he doesn’t post a sign.
