22This store needs to re-evaluate its approach to customer support. People needing to have extensive conversations about products should have an appointment. People knowing exactly what they want and just needing to pay and check-out must have a way to do that without standing on an hour and half long line. Entirely incompetent management of store resources, walking around instead of helping customers. They abuse Apple product popularity and mask their incompetence and laziness.
So many employees here with blue shirts walking around talking; making us stand in an over flow long line. A little frustrating just came here to buy a gift for someone and waited 30 min. When I asked if they can help me; they are waiting for their appointments and told me I should have made one.
Horrible customer service. Went in with my family to trade in my sister's laptop and planned on paying the rest of the price through an apple card on my father's phone, but was instantly rejected by the associate "helping" us. After we left, my father already felt a bad vibe from the associate and explained his concern over the lack of motivation the associate had on helping us. When we arrived home, my sister actually called up Apple and explained our situation. The associate that my sister called briefly told us that we could have traded in the laptop for a good amount and that we could have paid through my father's card. Deeply disappointed with the fact that the associate at the store showed no real interest in assisting us and didn't even bother to reach out to her colleagues for a second opinion. Also disturbed by the fact the associate at the store was so driven to help other customers (who were in fact white), but so lack lustered to help us. Truly feel that the associate at the store could have helped us better and should catch up on her store's policy as many other Apple associates share our same concern over the the store associates service. I might also add/stress that the associate that assisted my sister on the phone confirmed that we could trade in my sister's original laptop for a new laptop at any store and that this store's "policy" could have accepted my sister's laptop for the trade in value. In summary, DEEPLY disappointed by the store associates service, totally wasted our time, felt I was racially profiled, and truly TRULY feel she should catch up on her own store's policy and should try better to assist US THE CUSTOMERS.
I went for some help resetting my iPad. The tech asked me for a receipt to prove it was mine for an iPad that I bought last year. Wonder if he would have asked a white person for a proof of purchase while my name is all over the iPad
Excellent Help Everything was very Clean Including the bathrooms I believe we got more for our money there
This Apple Store can be very busy and crowded at times, but that appears to be the case with most Apple Stores. I haven't had to wait for very long whenever I've picked up an order from the store. The employees are also very attentive and friendly.
This place is ridiculously crowdy. Too many people schedule the same sloted time. I made a 4: 30 appointment only to be seen maybe at 5: 30pm. This is crazy. Never again. I should have gone to my carrier to repair my phone. All iphone repairs would have been warranted for at least 60 days anyway. Too many people and just too little staff.
Great workers know what they are doing.

Most of my visits to Apple stores have been great. Today was the best. Today I brought two Mac Pros to repair. Abdul is a technician in the Genius Bar. He is such a smart guy and most importantly, he is so patient. I spent 1.5 hrs there and had all of my problems solved. Thanks so much Abdul, happy holidays!
Standard Apple Store. No pressure to browse. Staff seems knowledgeable (depends on the diagnostic device a lot). Estimates for repair time is accurate.
Lots of parking space when off hours. Make a appointment before go if you need to fix screen or tech support. Walk in can be hours of wait. Luck me, I make appointment 2 days before to fix my kids iPhone screen, they take my case right at the appointment time and pickup 1.5 hours as they say.
This store is spotless, well designed, and beautiful to be in. The staff are friendly, helpful, and calm about what sort of products might be better suited for your needs. My experience of the Apple Store has been mostly favorable, and I have not really had an issue.
My go to apple store. Great service although today there was a little bit of a wait but they were fine with me standing outside until they called me. I needed fresh air! Fast and easy as a rule!
A line forms in the morning for walk-in genius bar. There were about 10-12 people at the genius bar on staff, so we were called within about 45 minutes of arriving.
Plenty of parking.staff is knowledgeable and friendly.i was a few minutes late for my appointment but luckily it was a slow day so i was in and out.just an overall friendly environment.
Excellent condition. Excellent workers. Excellent problem solving. Without Apple I would be lost.
I was reading all comments and Looks like everyone is having the same problem, and yes me too. I thought bahhh maybe is a bad day, but yes they don’t wanna help you at one point I thought I was bothering the girl that was “helping me” soo I decided to leave. I just wanna buy an Apple Watch.and of course I want to try different models.just to make sure what I need and want.
Its a large apple store with an excellent ginues bar. The staff is very knowledge and helpful. They can answer your questions about most apple products. If you have an appoint with them make sure you check in on time otherwise they will not see you and will ask you to make an appoint for a diffrent day. Its always packed on the weekend. There is a large parking space and its next to excelllent eating places.
Very helpful walked in with a problem and had it fixed and out of store in about 30 min. Didn't have an appointment and the store manager was extremely helpful
The worst wait time it seen like a bunch if kids running the store in was there for more that 2 hours waiting after they told 1 I asked few times after all the lost my number never text and when I asked the guy told me that if i want to wait another 2 hours he was willing to do so another work shut up I will give them -5
