The most pathetic customer service experienced. We have been loyal Apple customers since the company started. Always had very good experience with their service in the past. Went to the Queens Mall store to buy an Apple Watch for my child. Wanted some information before purchasing it. Talked to 2 customer reps there and they were so full of attitude. We were helped by one but the service seemed very rushed. Bought a $400 watch and was handed the boxes. When I asked for a bag, from one of the other staff standing there, as the one who worked with us had left, the answer was, it is NY Law that bags are not given in any stores, you have to pay. 05 cents to get a bag. It's not about paying 5 cents for a bag, but the way the rep answered was like belittling a customer rather than informing them of the new bag policy. Do you think a person who is paying for $400 for a watch would be hesitant paying for. 05 cents for a bag? But sad to see Apple service is degrading so low that they need to start charging few cents for bags when customers are paying very good amount for their products. This is the first time I felt may be Apple products are not worth it for the amount we are paying and the kind of service the customers are getting now. This store really needs to train their staff well in training as to what really customer service means or Apple will slowly start loosing loyal customers. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I went to the Apple store to get my MacBook fixed, already had an appointment for 3: 45pm, showed up at exactly 3: 41pm, waited 1 hr to finally give the MacBook to be fixed. Very unprofessional and I have been a loyal customer with Apple since they were created. What a shame!
What kind of business are they running they don’t answer the phone but say to call if there is a issue but no one answers the phone for several days this will be my last Apple phone this is terrable
It is very difficult to find a store five times asked where it is there are no signs after I spent 30 minutes searching for a product in the store I will never come here again

i dont suggest anyone to go in there esp when you are excited and u have already made up ur mind that you are absolutely going to buy because employees over there will make your day worst

This is the store manager, I came in to purchase an iMac I didn’t have an appointment for the purchase so I asked the guy where can I go to stand to schedule one.
He told me to get the out of the store that I’m “in his face” the workers here are incredibly sensitive and get there feelings hurt easily! Be fragile with your words or they will refuse you service at this location
Except wearing a mask when entering the store, all other health and safety are not achieved, and the inside is crowded like a vegetable market.
I never thought that they will hire rude employee. We have to give up iPhone in the future. Apple store does not have extra charge. I wanted to throw iPhone 13 after I bought. Stupid customer service
Store has a lot of sales associates but they all look confused or lost! I stayed in the store for 45 minutes and couldn’t find anyone to help me to buy a phone and watch. I had to help myself and buy it online and pick it up from the store. The store is located in queens center mall In convenient location for Queens location.
