Applebee's Grill + Bar, Liverpool NY

There were some workers that did not want to be there and slightly rude to us. Food and waitress was great.

The food was good, the service was rather slow. The server must have walked past us 10 times before she realized she had brought our drinks, but didn't take our food order.

Applebees is also a great place, the food is great, the people there are far beyond nice, they look out for everyone; the employees and costumers, and it would also be great to have a job there as well. But all in all, I give Applebees 5 out of 4.

Very much was happy with the service, atmosphere, and food love your resterant. My husband & I we will be back soon.

Worst Experience Ever. Placed an online order at 6: 34 for pick up at 7: 10. Went to the Clay Location to pick up. There was no open spots for the car side pick up. I called them and let them know I was there for an online pick up and there was no open spot for pick up orders. Wait staff member made a comment someone just left one of those spot and I went to go pull in a spot and another customer pulled in. I called them again to see if I could just come inside and get my order after waiting 10+ mins in the parking lot waiting for a spot to open up. Go into pick up my order and stand in line for another 10+ mins, as I’m waiting in line I see what could potentially be my order. Once it became my turn in line I gave my name and they grabbed the bag that I thought was mine. I got home to realize they didn’t make the three cheese chicken penne correctly, they used fettuccini noodles and put bruschetta on it when I requested no bruschetta. Then we went to eat our honey bbq boneless wings and they were not honey bbq. They were extremely spicy where we couldn’t eat them. This order was messed up numerous times and wasn’t worth the amount of money I spent on it. I hope they make this right! If not we will never go to any Applebee’s locations again.

As this pandemic drags on it is good to see how creative businesses are working to be. The friendly staff made us right at home and the food was delicious.

We didnt expect to be there on Christmas Eve but we had an amazing meal and the server Chris was spectacular.

The staff were great and plenty of seating. Since this restaurant is located inside Times Square, there aren't any deals or special offers. Also it seems the prices are higher than normal Applebee's

I ordered through grubhub so I assume it doesn't allow for certain customization. Although, I added a note saying I wanted certain things added or substituted and that did not happen.

This restaurant wasn’t the cleanest but the staff was so friendly and the food was amazing and the manager is super friendly he came over and asked us how are food was and we also talked to him for a while super nice manager I would definitely go and give them some business during these times

Pleasantly surprised, did the 2 for $20.00 our burger's was very good and nice and hot! And the beers nice and cold! Will definitely try them again.

Walked in to try and have a nice meal with my hunny. The young gentleman at the door greeted me with an "no mask, no service". I had my mouth and nose covered. So we walked out and went down the street to red lobster where they gladly took our money. Employees need better training on how to treat paying customers. Don't greet them with an you're not welcome here, your mask isn't good enough.

Ordered ahead with pickup option. Was really impressed with the containers and the quality of the Fiesta Lime Chicken & Steak 2 for $20 selection. Added the 12 shrimp for $1 and both meals were enough of us to have 2 evenings of takeout at home 30 minutes away! Online ordering worked perfect with a 5off25 coupon and 2 gift certificates. Also received a $10 Delta Sonic gift card. We will be back for takeout again soon!

I like Applebee's, felt like sitting down vs taking out as they do great social distancing. But man, just looked and felt OLD. Tv pictures not great, sound system horrible, dark restaurant.it just felt like an old hotel restaurant in a remote small town.sad. Felt bad for the place.food was typical Applebee's, acceptable for what we wanted.staff was super kind and nice.

Other then the long wait times, because of covid regulations, it was a nice night out! And it was nice to see you beautiful waiting staff that seemed to want to work and take of there customers, thanks!

Food was ok. Steak was slightly overcooked and mash potatoes were old and not hot. Waitress was good and super polite and friendly.

Food is below average I’ve gotten quesadillas, burgers, wings etc.prices are cheap and good drink specials. Good place to have a few for the game.
