Applebee's Grill + Bar, New York NY

The service is terrible. They tried to up-charge us for top shelf vodka, which we did not ask for when ordering. The waitress never came to check on us. Asked for a water with my drink and they put water IN the drink.

Ok. I came in here with low expectations and was completely blown away by my experience. The place is decorated rather nice and has a nice ambiance to it. Music is perfect volume. Service is impeccable but we only ordered drinks. Drinks are big and strong, just how I like my men. Classic combo appetizer is just perfect, a small taste of all the half frozen appetizers. I'll come back to NYC just for this place. Perfect place to take my date. And to make matters better there is an official Applebee's photographer who gave us pictures in a custom Applebee's frame. I hope to see those picture on Instagram soon.

I visited this Applebees and I must it is the BEST! I love the fact it’s two stories and spacious. I ordered the chicken penne pasta and it was fresh and well portioned. I loved the fact that the manager Everald came over and simply made sure I have everything I needed that was great touch! My waitress was kind and so attentive Janelle Thank u for the 10 star service! I will be back! Great example of a clean and well maintained restaurant!

The poor bartender was left alone to watch the floor and do the bar. The food came out slightly warm, if that. Poor experiance

The lady name Jilliean F was very disrespectful, we were eating and she didn’t even asked us if we finished or not she just took our plates. We paid just to take our plates away after 5 min of serving? Never going back to this place. This women should be fired tbh. We were nice enough to not argue. Very disappointed

Great vibe And the DRINKS ARE FIRE My bartender Crystalla made one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had and Gulmira made some great suggestions for desserts I ended up getting a blondie and I loved it. Definitely will be here more!

Catering to the tourist crowd. But a decent breakfast. Toast was cold. Eggs were good. Steak was okay. Butter was frozen. How are you supposed to spread that s*it. HOWEVER THEIR COFFEE TASTED LIKE THEY MIXED IT WITH GASOLINE.disgusting. The waitress was apparently nervous about me until she saw I wasn't going to run out of the place without paying.

I went there on Veterans Day I am a army veteran the service was not that great that day want to place my order I did not get asked how would I like it I ordered the cheeseburger. And the top it off they gave me plastic where to eat with instead of a regular fork and knife

The food was exquisite, the margarita was very good, everything on point, the pasta, the bread, very good, the servers were very attentive and friendly, I would return without thinking twice. I love it ️

Great drinks and great music (from like 2011, but in a good way)! Truly NYC’s best kept secret! Joanna was wonderful and I would die for her. The photographer took a picture of us and printed it out for us to keep. Such a nice touch!

They service was very bad. I waited almost 45 minutes for my food. The food was very dry it seems like it was reheated up. The chipotle sauce chicken burger was dry with no taste.
