Applebee's Grill + Bar, Brewster NY

Holy cow we came here to enjoy dinner and a couple cocktails, and it was so blazing hot in here that it started to make us feel nauseous. I asked the bartender turn the heat down and he said OK but he didn’t after about 30 minutes I asked the waitress to go check the thermometer to see the temperature and she told me it was 75° in here. Both my husband and I didn’t even get to enjoy a second drink.

We go to this Applebees every Christmas Eve, staff are always friendly and suggestive. Why go somewhere else? ! Thank you Applebee's!

Was in a few weeks ago. My husband and I sat at the bar, and I have to say the service was amazing. Brianna B, the bartender was very sweet. She served up satisfaction with a smile. The nicest bartender I’ve encountered here in a while. We will be back.

I placed several orders online as well as one which needed to be handled in-person. When I arrived to collet my orders the food was hot and ready. The manager, Roberto, handled all of the transactions correctly, including printing extra receipts. All of the staff who walked past me while I was waiting for these orders and receipts to be completed were friendly and checked to confirm that I was being taken care of. Superior service, excellent value and great meals.

Service was good. Waitress was on top of her game. Food is a bit better than it was a few years ago, but still typical run of the mill fast food.

Waitress was so rude. Didn’t check in on table of 7 but once. Entire table paid separate. One person did not tip because she screwed up both items ordered. Waitress Pointed out who didn’t tip and asked if it was a mistake. Then said “thanks to everyone that did tip” and walked away. Everyone at the table was shocked. Her name was Marissa H.screw off marissa

We had a nice waiter but we had to wait 10 minutes for silverware and salt and pepper. Then we ask for steak sauce, to another waiter, and he also took 10 minutes to bring it. I don't think we will be going back there again even though the food is good the service was absolutely terrible we only tipped $11 on a 80 something dollar bill.

People were nice. Service was horrible! Forgot our appetizers and steak was missing sides. Waited soooo long for everything. Place only had us and 2 other tables.

Disappointed in our neighborhood Applebee’s. Server was inattentive, salads came out after the food and there was a hair in my salad.

Won't lie their late night appetizer menu is definitely not as big as it used to be. Got two 5 dollar mixed drinks, portionage is definitely great for those. The wings aren't the best but it's Applebee's so I would hope most people know what they're getting when they go in. Got the macaroni with honey chicken and it definitely wasn't GREAT, but edible. Overall would say Applebee's kind of fell off in recent years as a chain.

Two families went in for dinner. NOT A BUSY DAY and our order took a very long time. The server was ok but disappeared after bringing our food and drinks - which brings me to the drinks review = horrible. Bartender obviously very miserable and lacked the necessary skills or desire to make the drinks correctly.
We waited a long time to get our bill considering the server ghosted us.
I worked at Applebees a long time ago and I remember how hard we had to work to make the customer happy. It seems as if that has now been forgotten.
We were very disappointed and will definitely not be going back.

Bourbon St chicken and shrimp with just right tenderness mushrooms and onions, was excellent as always. Steak and garlic mashed perfect again.

Brianna is a great server.

Typical Applebee's, however major problems in the bathroom here last time i ate here raw sewage was leaking into the restaurant and we told the waitress and she told us to be quiet about it. I will never go again.

I have been here several times over the years and each experience has gotten worse. Coincidentally the last three times I have been here, my server was Marissa who is rude and unpleasant, and acts like any small request (ketchup, more napkins) is a huge inconvenience. I asked her if I could pay from my group first because I needed to leave early as I had work in the morning, and everyone else at my table was fine with that. Marissa said I couldn’t pay first because I was using a credit card and she was taking all cash payment first.

Tomato basil soup was completely cold

Not enough lighting provided in tables near the bar
Fell on the step and not a single waitress made the reminder that the step was there

Dissatisfied with service all together rate this location quite poorly

This location is conveniently located of the highway. I like that. The food is good. They bring it out to you quickly. The staff is nice.

It was terrible! Chicken was missing from the pasta dish. They remade it & the sauce wasn't the same & the added chicken must have been microwaved & it was like chewing on rubber. Inedible. They removed the charge from the bill. Soon after I got home I had diarrhea. Not a pleasant experience.
Everyone else in my party seemed to be ok.
