Too many employees standing around doing nothing, and when asked for extra napkins never got them and anjue only a little

Stopped for lunch. As always the food and staff are outstanding. This is about the extra service they provide for thire handicap guests. My wife is bound to a electric mobility scooter. I never realized about the architecture layout of the restaurant just for the handicap or the Outstanding service you will receive from the staff from front door to table and even assistance if needed when you leave. Thank you.

Popped in and through this location with my family on our way back to Buffalo from D. C. ……we don’t regret it one bit! Our Service was awesome and our waitress was too. Her name was Ashley (ash). She recommend the patron margaritas (light and fun as she said) which we loved and would totally have again. She made us feel at home and kept our visit short, sweet and filled with laughs … best restaurant and Applebees experience we have ever had, hands down. We will stop by every time we can in passing!

AFTER BEING SEATED I WAS NOT GREETED BY A WAIT PERSON FOR 10 MINUTES, I THEN WATCHED SOMEONE ELSE WALK IN AND SEATED AND BEING WAITED ON BEFORE ME. THE BAR AREA WAS NOT THAT BUSY.
I WAS DISHEARTNED BY THE SERVICE AS I USUALLY EAT THERE ONCE A WEEK. I WILL THINK OF THIS BEFORE I RETURN.

Man did me and my fiance have a great time last night. Food was an A+ and on time fresh and hot and the drink, the wine well absolutely delicious thanks to all staff. Our meal was awesome.

Allie the bartender is awesome! Has a great personality and is always nice to everyone. Has a great awareness and always remembers what we drink no matter how long it has been since our last visit. Food is consistently good and served in a very timely manner. Thanks Allie!

The fish and chips, a favorite of mine, weren't what I expected so I left most on the plate and did not request a to-go box. Over cooked, and super dry fish isn't pleasant with lukewarm fries. My son's chicken tenders were overcooked as well. So instead of eating the 5 presented on his plate, he managed 2 and complained it hurt his teeth to chew. My mother-in-law asked for a well done burger and received a burger with a mildly pink center. I can't understand why so many odd things occurred. It wasn't lunch rush or dinner hours. There were only a handful of patrons seated. Guessing I should have taken that sign to heart. I love Applebees, always have and always will. This one location won't discourage my outlook on the fantastic ones I frequent in Syracuse or Watertown.

No one was very friendly, had to keep asking waitress for things because she never asked us if we needed anything. Service was usually a lot better. Food was ok but was better when I went before. Not sure I'll go back

They didn't have the all you can eat riblets, chicken strips or shrimp like the online menu says. Was very disappointed and the only reason I went in the first place. If you stop or have restrictions on where certain things are sold. Then those franchises aren't in line with corporate specials. So just rename it and sell whatever you want. Consistency is the key to a successful business. I won't be going back.

I am, disappointed generally with how this place is. Like most restaurants of the same style (Texas Roadhouse, Chili's) you can get the appetizer sampler for only a few bucks, get a ton of food from it and you won't be disappointed. Similarly the bowls are also very good.

However every time I go here the staffing is a mess. The last three times I can remember over the past two years there have been wild staffing issues where no one knows what food goes where, what table to seat someone, no one collects the check, the soft drinks are always watered down or low on syrup. Once I had a great waitress but it was for a work group so I think they just had someone experienced come out but generally I think they're having trouble with training people.

Food is fine, management needs to try harder to get people up to speed. Cocktails are nice.

Food was ok. Went at 9: 30pm couldn't believe how many little kids were there. Asked greeter not to sit next to a screaming kid. He accommodated my request but then sat 3 different family's with kids under 3 next to me. Just bad luck maybe.

Staff was courteous and kind. It was clean and well maintained. Great first experience staying here. I would definitely come back.

Got home to find the food I had was something I would have sent back if I had dined in. No sauce on the 3 cheese penne I ordered. Chips with spinach artichoke dip were covered in thick salt. My husband's food was sliding all over the dish mixing it all together. Only positive thing is my food came out before it was supposed too so maybe if they took those extra minutes.

My ribs were kinda over cooked and fries were bland, and sadly my sons 16th birthday dinner he chose applebees and i let hostess know, they dont sing or anything just brought him a free dessert which is cool but i was a little sad i couldn't make a bigger deal about his big 16. Not their fault

The store and staff were GREAT. I am only giving 3 stars because I chose the shrimp covered steak instead of my usual Bourbon Street steak. Thought I'd give it a try. It was very bland. I was not impressed. But the Bourbon Sovereign steak is INCREDIBLE! LUV IT!

Slower on the service side. Ordered 3 cheese chicken penne, they seasoned the chicken a bit much and the noodles were a little dry, but it was still a decent meal.

We were in last week. Party of 15 for my granddaughters 10th birthday. Jenny was our server and was absolutely amazing! Service was impeccable! Thank you so much for all you do!

My elderly mother ate French onion soup at this location two months ago and immediately fell ill with severe bowel issues. After failing health, weight loss, nausea, and a host of other issues her doctors finally discovered she was infected with C.difficile, a severe infection of the bowels that can lead to death. My mother survived 4 separate cancer treatments and a bowl of French onion soup at this location nearly killed her. She is now on antibiotics of two weeks and has a long recovery ahead of her. I cannot without good conscious not mention this to others who are considering eating here. We will also be contacting the health department and the corporate office to address this.

The sevice at this location is just horrible. I came here with my family. The waitress never brought our drinks. I am very patient but after waiting 25 mins, I asked a different waiter to bring our drinks. The food order arrived wrong. When the waitress finally showed up, she said that she will fix it but she never did. When I approach her, she appeared very nervous and said the manager will come over. When the manager showed up, the issue was resolved in 2 mins. Please hire competant staff because your business depends on it. Today you lost a customer who would have brought you alot of business.
