Applebee's Grill + Bar, Queens NY

Has been and will be the place I know I will get the food that I like. Years here, loving it. With minors issues.

This place is very disorganized, I had to wait 35 minutes to be served, a customer had to go get their own napkins and utensils from the back of the restaurant, my beer came to my table hot. The food wasn’t good it was dry.

The staff are friendly, prompt when taking the order, food came out fresh and as I ordered. (Oriental salads with grilled chicken) The deals are awesome (buy 2, get free appetizer) drinks are delicious. Conveniently located inside the mall.

I had the best time with my friends because of Boomer! He provides impeccable service and he’s the reason I’ll be coming back!

The waiter Shameed was very sweet and helped with everything we needed! His amazing service and hospitality turned my day from being horrible to amazing! I will be coming back

Twice in the last month my friend and I ate here. Both times after receiving check we noticed they charged us for two drinks we never ordered. Make sure you check you receipt before paying.

Me and my family decided to dine in here to have our dinner and had a less than satisfactory experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was as expected, but the service wasn't good. Upon being seated, we waited for over ten minutes before the waitress acknowledged us! My drink order was incorrect, and she appeared to be more engaged in chatting with her colleagues. When I had questions about certain dishes on the menu, the waitress couldn't provide clear answers and seemed uninformed about the food. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but when visiting a restaurant, one expects a certain standard of service.

It must have been n off day. I ordered the chicken wontons and there was a long hair. I got that replaced without fanfair. I ordered food to share at home and there was another hair in with the waffle fries. Waitress was wonderful. Flood flavor was good.

Everything was perfect at this Applebee's. Very nice service and delicious food. Quick preparation. We had the lunch special and got big, good burgers ($11.99 each). To recommend.

After waiting for ten minutes, no one came to order. I had to ask a specific person to order. Bad review!

Applebee's cooks & serves delicious comfort food. From burgers & fries, to ribs & mashed potatoes, to boneless wings & coleslaw, to chicken & asian salad even pasta dishes. Their desserts are yummy. Cocktails & beers to enjoy your favorite sporting events on big HDTVs. The waiterswaitresses are hard working, friendly, & knowledgeable about the food they serve. Overall it's a great experience, kool atmosphere, & ideal restaurant to enjoy great comfort food for a fun night out. JM.

Asked server about a special they had. She explained it and when I looked unsure about getting it, she asked twice, "do you need more time? " in the span of not even 5 seconds. She even spoke over me when I tried to speak. I let her know we needed more time. Server also kept walking by and side-eyeing our table, but intentionally not making eye contact.
Two drinks also came out with other food/miscellaneous particles floating inside.
It was a high disappointing experience, and we will not be returning to this location.

Ayce boneless wings were pretty dry, didn't really like them.but they were cheap waitress was really nice, like really nice

Went for the unlimited boneless wings and was not disappointed! They were so good. Even though this Applebee's is inside Queens Center mall, it did not feel like that. Very pleasant, good service and really good food. Will definitely go back.

Just walked out the applebees, the service was disappointing. They served 2 tables that got there after us and we were never checked up on, only seated

It just Applebee's food. Not too much else to say about it, the service was great, the food was ok, just like every other AB, I been to, nothing to write home about. This one is in Queen Center Mall.
