Applebee's Grill + Bar, Herkimer NY

Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to that make you wait an hour for a couple of burgers this one had the worst food by far

Stopped in for a Monday night dinner. Service was pleasant, and the crowd was sparse. COVID restrictions were bearable, so we were able to relax and have a nice meal. Three cheese chicken penne was a good choice for the entree, seasoned well and good portion size. Great experience overall.

Very dissapointed with my food, ordered a 6oz steak medium rare and came out tough as leather, sent it back and came back the same. Our waitress did take it off my bill. All of the other food was very good!

Even though there are rules when restaurants open now, Applebee's was awesome!
We love the staff members, especially the girl who served us. My husband and I were dying to go back inside a restaurant, and we chose your establishment. The waitress we had was courteous, sweet, helpful, and very efficient. You were the first restaurant we chose. I'm so glad you had inside seating. You made our day because you were awesome! 30 mins for a rare and medium rare steak came to the table as medium well. Server was very pleasant

Wonderful lunch date with my family, my main dish was fabulous I'm always a burger kind of person to be on the safe side, so I decided to try something new and it was delicious! Pasta was cooked to perfection and chicken was fabulous bread stick was a little hard and dry but the dish was better without it anyway, our dip was fabulous like always, we get it everytime!

Fast service, poor server though. Checked on us once during our meal and he looked like he was being bothered when asked for something.
Almost as if he wanted us out ASAP.
Food was ok, we were hungry, did not eat for 8hrs.
Overall experience was OK, better service would have been appreciated.

Their menus changed so much in 5 years. It's not bad, it's a nice atmosphere, just most things on menu is burbon or honey so if yo don't like that flavoring you have a smaller selection, little pricey but they have some deals but there's not a huge option on the 2for $20 or the 2 for $25

Great service, great food, extremely clean, one of the best restaurants in Herkimer hands down.

Nice place and service but not alot to do around it if your out of town. Food was perfect and the beer was cold.

Too lazy to cook after a super busy Sunday and decided a fast meal and then home. We had a tremendous meal and fantastic service.

Good food and service, accommodated our larger party as more people joined us than we had planned on.

I love Applebee's! My favorite restaurant of all time! This is my favorite to go to! It's so much better than the one in Albany. The people are also so nice. My sister and I are disabled and they always take good care of us.

This is our normal go to place for s nice dinner/ lunch. Service was great good was good typical Applebees

While running a burger promotion waited over 40 minutes for burgers- walked out without eating.

The wife and I got the two for 25 and ordered a steak on the side for 3 dollars. But ended up paying 14 dollars for another full entries. The food was good.

I love going to Applebee's. I always get the Fiesta Lime Chicken. They have a great selection of alcoholic beverages if you're of age. Customer service is great. Love the atmosphere
