5April has been the greatest. From getting equipment I need to setting up and delivering.
I have copd been jerked around for a month to get a portable and home concentrant machine been told there working on it but to find out they lied cause now there want ins info so how can you be working on it they never called me once i had to keep calling them stay clear of them there just flakey
This is the company my mother uses and they are absolutely difficulty to deal with. It's beyond disappointing.
I get that sometimes an order gets screwed up. But the second time, when you are very specific about what you need. TO BE ABLE TO BREATHE! And they still send you the wrong item. If your insurance covers someone else you should stay clear of this place. Unfortunately I am stuck. Let's see if 3 times is the charm.
