Notice this company hide information when they try to sell the system. The maintenance fee is much more than what they tell you. There were BOLD letters in the order, but that's only for part of the system (even that price increased every year). The sales person just didn't mention anything about the whole cost. Once you pay to install it, every year it will tell you there are multiple systems to be replaced. I had to spend more than $1000 per year to make the system running!

I have 2 filter systems for 2 apartments for many years. Very much satisfied with water quality, performance of both systems and great technical support from Aqualife staff

After I learned from TV about closing of some Long Island schools because of abnormal amount of led and other bad staff in our water, I did my homework about best option for clean water at my house. Came up with Reverse Osmotic system. Called in. After couple days there were two gentlemen visiting our home. They had a small laboratory with them and did tests of my home water. These guys from Home Depot were very professional and made imprecision to be very hones. I and my wife were really surprised and disappointed with the results that determined a lots of bad staff in our drinking water. So we have decided to invest in the RO system. Next day it was a gentleman from Home Depot who actually installed system. I like to say that we are very happy with our decision and with all people of Aqualife who made the clean water in our home possible. Highly recommend both RO system and Aqualife to install it. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! BE AWARE BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM, THEY LOVE TO BAMBOOZLE PEOPLE INTO SPENDING MONEY, AND THEN CAN'T EVEN COMMIT TO SHOWING UP TO SERVICE THEIR DEVICES. THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE'S TIME. I REGRET SPENDING MONEY WITH THEM. I DON'T EVEN DO THIS, BUT EVERY TIME I HAVE AN ISSUE, THEY CALL ME LAST MINUTE AFTER I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THEM FOR HOURS, AND TELL ME "TECHNICIAN HAD AN EMERGENCY HE WILL NOT BE SHOWING UP TODAY". NOT TO MENTION THEIR POOR INSTALLATION THAT CAUSED A MAJOR LEAK UNDER MY SINK. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I have been using Aqualife for 8 years now, they are excellent!
They call me in November each year and notify me it time for a cartridge change and organise a technician within that same week.
Very organised and efficient.
