The service was fast & the food was hot and fresh.
I ordered a ½ pound Beef & Cheddar with a large Curly. The young man behind the counter made my curly fresh. I didn't mind waiting & certainly appreciated it. Thank you Arby's. "YOU HAVE THE MEATS"

Quick ordering experience. The food was amazing and the employees were friendly. The whole place was clean and made for an amazing first experience at any Arby's. Definitely going back soon!

First time eating here. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. Curly fries were yummy. Sandwiches weren’t too bad. Really liked their horsey sauce. Looking forward to trying out different sandwiches next.

That smokehouse Brisket is the absolute best sandwich on the planet! Fast and friendly service and the food was freshly made and hot! Best value for your money in Manhattan!

The place smells terrible how could you eat there I worked 10 blocks to get there I was so disappointed

So everything I ordered through uber eats is in the photo and omg they had it perfectly done. The food was still hot, everything was fresh as well as the milkshake was delicious. I certainly will be ordering again from here soon as well as letting my coworkers know how good the food is.

The mozzarella sticks are so good here! Best in New York hands down. Service here is so fantastic too wish Arby’s would expand locations in Manhattan. The orange cream shake is delicious!

Service and food is great. Tables could be cleaned more often. I never entered the restroom, so I don't know how clean it is.

I ordered the 2 for $6 deal with one Beef N' Cheddar and a 9-piece chicken nuggets. I had to order the nuggets because they've been featured on commercials lately, highlighting how they are made out of 100% chicken breast. The nuggets were awesome, juicy on the inside and crispy breading outside. As for the Beef N' Cheddar sandwich, it used to be my favorite years ago. This version was saltier than I remembered, but it was still good.

Ask for no sauce on burger guy yelled out no sauce 3 mins later, sauce on my burger? Then they had me waiting 15 mins for another n forgot to make rhat! No ty!

If you go early for lunch, they always and this is at all the their restaurants. The buns are stale from yesterday. They are just cheap wanting to keep the buns that they opened a package of whatever many and didn't use the night before.
I have complained about it before.
There just so damn cheap. Willing to give people stale food.

This place was dirty smelled like pee and had homeless people asking for money. On top of that once I got my food it was cold. Never again.

Online should state. TAKEOUT ONLY. Theirs no seating and no toilets. In NY City. Alongside the bus depot for interstate travel. Why bother. Find seating restaurants and pay the difference. Oh check toilet access first before purchasing. Bless you all. Even Arby's.

I ordered food today on 5/24/21 around 5: 15pm. There was gray hair in my fries and sandwich! I’m absolutely disgusted. I called them 5 times to complain and no one bothers to answer. I had to throw out all the food. I may contact department of health if I don’t hear back
