18I enjoy from to time a root beer float, which I absolutely enjoy. However on this day, Oct 31,2022 at approximately 2: 15, I drove to get myself something on the healthier side, and ordered a turkey and swiss sandwich and the hot loaded fries. Service was as expected, I recieved my food and drove off. I got to my destination and when I opened my sandwich the meat smelled spoiled.really badly spoiled. I did some further looking, and there was things in between the sandwich I couldn't identify. So disappointed I couldn't go back an fix this issue. But please check your food before consuming it. I am a unsatisfied customer.
We asked for Two Gyros and one medium fries. On one of the gyros we asked for " no onions and extra tetzeki sause. The left off the tomatoes and the onion was still there.
This place is completely gross!
The floors the counters the food and best of all that Lady manager all need to go
Service was very slow. They gave me 1 meal while I had to wait for the other 3. I opened the 1 meal and the nuggets were crumbs. They stated thats how they were. But when I recieved the other nugget meal, they were bigger with meat. Do not recommend
Very pleasant employees. Food is always hot they just need to be able to get their new crinkle fries out faster. The last two times I ordered them I had to wait for about 10 minutes. They did arrive hot but not with the rest of my meal.
This is my go to spot if a want good fast food. Theres never a long line always fresh food and there mozz sticks are to die for. So are there milkshakes and there floats.
Cant do 2 orders through the drive through, been doing it for the last year, sorry overpriced food is not worth entering the store just to leave with sticky soles
Young man that served in the drive thru did a wonderful job. Food was great and met expectations. Can't ask for more than that with fast food these days, so 5 stars! Thank you!
I really love their fish sandwiches, especially when they are 2 for $6. All of their sandwiches are a welcome change from burgers.
The service was prompt as was the food being accurate and ready. Very bubbly and happy staff person that provided us our food so that is a extra benefits of going to this particular Arby's.
Food is always good and fast service but someone needs to tell the guy that does drive thru during lunch time to stop interrupting and talking over people when they're trying to make their order.
I've always been greeted politely. I've never had to wait a long time. They're always accurate. These are reasons why I accept GrubHub orders as a driver at this location. Great job y'all!
Fries were greasy, lukewarm and soggy. Fish sandwich wasn't a filet of fish, but rather 3 smaller pieces of fish which caused the sandwich to fall apart when trying to eat. I'll rather drive to the other end of the Blvd for Arby's.
Ran deliveries for them 3 times each time had its issues. Delivery drivers should not be going thru drive-thru to begin with as the fact the window is above our vehicles makes the social distancing not effective as we have direct contact from person to person via food items with no space. Everyone else has us set up to go inside in a limited number and receive the orders. Not to mention we can not wait a half hour in drive-thru to run your order that is only paying us 4 bucks. We are worth more than 8 bucks an hour. (First trip). Later delivery went good. Lady was nice. Allowed us to get order without waiting in drive-thru thank you very much (second trip) Following day third and final delivery from this store. Sat in drive-thru 20 mins, get to speaker give name, wait another 10 mins at the window, girl asks me to pull ahead from window after handing me a portion of the order, I said no thank you I waited all this time to get your delivery I will just sit here while the order is finished. Mgr comes to window and demands me to move ahead. Look, you don't have any right in this world to speak to me in such a manner as he did. He was very rude and his demeanor was disgusting, I would have demanded to speak to a manager but unfortunately he was both the problem and the boss. Not good.
I was walking and only the drive thru was open but they still took my order and served me super friendly guy and great service. Nice to see in these times thank you
Two out of my last three visits I've had order discrepancies, both times the mix-up was on the fries. Not worth driving 15 minutes back, but I will be checking before leaving from now on. Their drive-thru service is fast and friendly, and the sandwich was correct on all three trips.
My current visit to this Arby's they didn't give us our cherry turnover, we caught that before we left and went back to the drive thru window and got the turnover, upon we getting home and about to eat we look and they didn't give us the chicken nuggets for my sons kids meal. The time before that they had me pull up so they can make my order, when they were making my order a girl came out and gave our drinks, she handed them to me and didn't make sure I had them and a whole large soda spilled all over the inside of my car.
When we pulled up in the drive thru the food was grease and sloppy and the cashier rush us and got my shirt and he was rude. And when we went back through the drive-thru and when we told him he said that there was a line but there was only i person there.
