19Don't go here much, but when I do I will be am pleased with the wide variety of menu items.
Very clean. Friendly, professional staff. A manager/supervisor came in while I was waiting, she was very friendly to the staff and most of the staff was nice with her. It's nice to see, when most fast food staff are miserable, etc.
Everytime we drive to Clayton NY we stop at this Arby's I don't understand why their food taste the better!
The manager and all her staff did a awesome job. They handled a bus load of 15 girls and everyone in the drive threw in a very short amount of time.
I ordered the special $2for $6 and only got one they did charge me correctly but they just didn't listen very good when I ordered them
Great food. Just a bit on the expensive side. Because of this, I've had to limit ourselves to once a month!
Not impressed with the workers gave us the wrong orders then came out in the dining room took our sandwich and said it was for someone else, will never go there again.
God forbid I come in for food and disturb ‘Brittney’ from closing her register an hour before closing time.
It’s not the customers fault you hate life. Maybe open your ears next time you’re doing your job so the guest can receive what they order.
Not only did the General Manager not give two hoots that her employee is a screwup, but she also gave us our money back from the drive thru register. So to the owner, you should check your cash counts for July 10th at 9: 50pm.
Rude and miserable is the best way to describe Brittney. Maybe get a job where you don’t have to interact with other human beings, like a garbage collector.
Very fast and friendly, this is my first Arby’s sandwich experience, I usually eat their fries only but today i tried the roast beef sandwich and it is good, i didn’t know it does not come with sauce and you have to ask for sauce for to-go order, but it is still good without.
They were short staffed so very slow. My husband had a swiss and chicken which he liked but my brisket was very fatty.
Quick service. Drive thru is only open, no indoor dining still. People taking orders had a hard time hearing us in the drive thru, had to keep repeating the order, but they did get it right

I had gone there for lunch with my mom, we were right in the middle of ordering and the girl was giving us attitude and kept Interrupting us when we were trying to order. She was very rude.
Last two times I've ordered - no salads. I gave a 1 star because of extremely poor customer service from arbys themselves.was suppose to refunded and never got it.thanks
The food was excellent every time I've gone but the last three times I've gone. I've gone through the drive-thru and the customer service has been VERY lacking each time they were very rude you can tell it's because they're teenagers that's all I'm going to say I'm here thank God it's just a drive through and it's very quick.
Went threw the drive threw on 4/24/22 ordered a beef and cheddar on sesame bun with extra red ranch sauce then ordered 2 regular beef and cheddar with extra red ranch. Went to the window to pay and asked for some Arby's sauce. I was told if I wanted arby sause horsey sauce or ketchup I had to ask at the speaker. Since frickin when. I worked at this Arby's years ago. She handed me my food and I told my boyfriend to check it to make sure it was right. It wasn't only 2 sandwich. I backed my car right back to that window. The same lady just looked at me like what was I doing. I motioned her to come here. I was like I'm sorry I didn't get one of my sandwich. She goes yes you did. I was like mam I ordered 3 she said NO YOU DIDN'T. I said I'm sorry maybe you didn't here me. I wanted 3 she was shaking her head no. I was like excuse me are you giving me additude? I just wanted my sandwich I said I will pay for another one if you didn't charge me. She said no come in side if you want to order another one. Since when did people become so mean? Her name was Brittany. I had to ask her a few times before she would tell me. Arby's step up your game. Get rid of BRITTANY. She is loosing business for you!
Went through the drive-through tonight. When we ordered chicken fingers we asked for Ketchup and buffalo sauce. When we got to the window we paid and we’re asked to pull forward. When our food came out I noticed there was no Ketchup so I asked the person delivering it for some. He said you should have asked for that at the f.ing order screen and stormed inside. A few minutes later someone else came out with a small bag full of ketchup packets very condescendingly. I nicely tried to explain to her that we did ask for the ketchup at the order screen and that was very unprofessional the way he responded. Instead of apologizing she was also very rude. Terrible customer service.
Who ever was working tonight did great.usually the employees are sitting outside smoking not doing there jobs take forever and food sucks.but food was fresh and employees were working
Great food. Great prices. The staff at this particular establishment is hit or miss. You either get an amazing crew or a crew that has zero work ethic. Best milkshakes around and the cheapest.
They completely screwed up my order. I was on drive-thru so I couldn’t check till I was back at the hotel. I ordered a Gyro, a brisket sandwich, one fry & mozzarella sticks. Got TWO frys, brisket sandwich, and NO gyro! This is not the first time they’ve screwed up my order.
