13I certainly have had worse Arby's trips (thr one nearest to my house is abysmally unclean and makes me ill when I ate there years ago). This one seemed okay. Had their Reuben - well made and quickly served at the drive-thru.
I was here during a snow storm. The order was perfect as always. The young girl who served me actually was concerned about me in the storm. That's the place you always want to go back to, where the people not only work professionally but are more than just friendly, they care.
Good service food was good, won't eat at the Arby's in my area, so it was nice to have since its been awhile.
Best Arby's I have been to in a long time. Customer friendly, good team work, well managed.
Fries were cold but other than that I can't complain. Sandwich was good, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Will return.

I must say I have been disappointed in the Arby's in Windy point. Each time I order roast beef and cheddar it looks like the meat it's just been thrown every which way and the cheddar dripping eat every which way also on the bun there was not a long wait in the line to the drive-thru the last time we were there sometimes there is depending on the day of the week the service is fast but my favorite product the Arby's roast beef has not been up to par each time I have been there stop there and you decide,
Good service despite long lines. The food was fresh and satisfactory. My drive through experience was pleasant and the employees were efficient and professional.

Sat at the drive thru for 4 minutes. Nobody took the order and when I finally gave up and left there were 2 staff member standing at the drive thru window just talking to each other.
They where out of slot of food and close early. Long wait no employees to help. Really need to get there stuff in order
