Arby's, Niagara Falls NY

It really is sad how miserable the workers at this location are. It is most likely a lack of management or a failure in leadership or ownership. It seems everywhere you go these days you are talked to and treated as an inconvenience. With that being said the food was good.

Food is good, hot, good quality. Orders are accurate. Wait is horrible! Went through the drive thru today, no one was ahead of us, 8 min wait. Last time was a 30 min wait after we were asked to pull off to the side. Be prepared to wait.

The 2 for $7 is a great deal. The chicken sandwiches are really good and pretty filling. Nice lettuce and tomato.

We enjoyed the service and the meals. I was a little disappointed that there was not one clean table in the store. There were three guests, including ourselves, who took wet napkins to clean a table so they could sit and eat.

The food is pretty good. Sometimes it's undercooked or sometimes it is over cooked. Not the friendliest employees. But an ok spot. To grab and go. And hoping for the food to be cooked correctly

The prices are a bit high, but that clearly doesn't stop me. I hope the employees are doing okay, sometimes they seem a little hostile but I know they are probably just exhausted. I hope they know they are appreciated.

The service is cold aptitude, they don't follow the menu offered in most of the branches, and the place look like a little abandoned

I only eat at Arby's once in a great while. But when you crave it, it does the job. I am pretty disappointed that they got rid of the potato cakes as a side. I used to love the combination of the regular Arby's sandwich with the potato cakes.

Incorrect order! Ordered two meals in drive thru. Cannot understand sizes of meals. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch, with a sprite, large. Got home and opened it up. Found a fish bacon ranch with small fry. Second meal was meat mountain large with a Mello yellow. Order was right, but the drink was flat and food was extremely cold. The cheese was not even melted. At the window was asked if any sauces were needed. Asked for horsey, but none were given.

Of you want to come to a fast-food place and get treated like a dog by the rudest woman on earth, this is definitely the place to visit. Food-Typicall Arby's. Service

Arby's is underrated and deserves more recognition. Fresh curly fries are awesome and the beef and cheddar are delicious with Arby's sauce.

I have now returned nu.erous times to this location, food is always spot on, great deal for fair size sandwich.but this is not why I am writing this review, the employee WISKEN is by far one of the best custo er services I have ever encountered, not being from the area and remembering me off the hop the second my wife and I walked in was very impressive, more customer service front liners should take lessons on how to give excellent service like this young gentleman. AS A WORD OF GOOD ADVICE TO THE ARBYS HEAD OFFICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK INTO RECOGNIZING THIS GENTLEMAN AND TAKE CARE OF HIM, YOU NEED PEOPLE LIKE HIM IN THE FRONT LINES DEALING WITH CUSTOMER'S. Workers are not friendly at all and make you feel like your bothering them. Got the fish sandwich that was hot, fresh and very good

Usually I love going to Arby's BUT the last 2 time's the little dark haired manager has been there, my orders have been wrong, food was cold and we waited for ever. The other manager Kim is so much more efficient.
