Arby's, Jamestown NY

It's really hard to rate a "fast food" restaurant up. Arby's has never disappointed. We have yet to have a bad meal there. Order your fries with no salt and you'll be super happy. Fluvanna Ave is probably the best Arby's to go to. They've never got it wrong.

I have eaten at many restaurants and many different Arby's locations. Of all the places I have ever been, this location has the most polite, kind & courtesy staff I have ever met. I often eat here and have not been disappointed. They are excellent with orders. Food is well prepared. Excellent service. Keep up the fabulous work all of you!

First time ever having Arby's and the Buffalo chicken sandwich was bussin for sure. And the milkshake wasn't bad either I'd say right behind Chick-fil-A. The fries on the other hand were absolutely trash not hot stale very bad

Got food just before 5pm today 7/28 via drive thru, tasted like it was picked from the dumpster. Fries were hard from sitting. I also only got half a fry container filled which I was okay with because it was garbage anyways. Lettuce on my Gyro taste slimy like it was old. I threw my food out. The best part of my meal was my fountain drink probably because a machine does it for you. I wouldn't recommend this location in Jamestown, try the other one.

Years ago the food was great now it just seems that most fast food places are cutting corners. Food was edible but not as high quality as previously and prices have gone up. These places need to think about the people and prices not just profit.

The time taken to ensure my order was completed before even getting to the window, and the amount of respect and knowledge given through the speaker as well! Top notch! The service at the window was just as respectful and the food was brought hot and smelled amazing. Even tasted amazing too!

The guy Luis in the drive thru was hilarious and courteous. Great service at this location. Hot food, everything was fresh.

I gotta say I always feel disappointed after spending 40$ at this fast food restaurant then throwing half of it away because it's just not that good.

We ordered 12 sliders. We waited over 20 min to get our food. Did they have to slaughter the cow?

Not impressed. No cars anywhere near me but asked me to pull into a parking space anyway. Been here 10+ min and no sign of my food after spending $40. I asked if it was necessary and he said something about a timer.

Basically I went to Danny's and had hair in my food and dirty dishes. I wasn't eating that so I went to Arby's and everything was hot, fresh, tasted great, no hair in my food, friendly staff. I was happy.
