I love going here! This is my second pregnancy in 3 years and they’re always on top of everything. The front desk is always kind and attentive, Especially Kerri. The nurses are always pleasant and I love the doctors. Dr San Roman has excellent bedside manner and is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Brenner is also equally as wonderful but she’s also straight and to the point which I can also appreciate. I used to love seeing Jackie the NP there. She is who was initially recommended to me by my primary and why I started going but she’s been out for the duration of this pregnancy. The newer NP Erin so far seems to be very kind and patient. Overall I recommend this office to anyone. Wait times are almost non existent. I can probably remember maybe twice I waited 20 min and that was considered long for them.

This place is a joke, they’ve cancelled my appt 3x because a Sono tech didn’t show up or called out, now because I didn’t confirm my appt I made last week (didn’t have my phone due to personal reasons for 2days). They took it upon themselves to cancel my appt hours before my scheduled appointment.

If Google would allow me to give no stars, that's what they deserve. I found out I was pregnant, super excited. Made an appointment for when I'm almost 8 weeks. Was told "you may feel cramping from time to time, it's all normal.if you see any bleeding, call us". Well.a day later, I started bleeding. I called, clearly upset. Was told they'd have someone call me back. I get a phone call and am told "we are trying to leave early, how soon can you make it here" (it's a Friday) - so I rush to get there within the 20 minutes, thinking I'll have a Dr.or a PA look me over and have an idea of what was happening. I get there, they take blood - then the girls at the window tell me I can leave. No explanation, nothing. At no point, did anyone say what could be happening to me, or did anyone attempt to reassure me. No conversation with a doctor, NOTHING. NOW, it's Monday, the results are in. How do I know this? I get an email from Quest saying that my results are ready.still no call from the doctor and I obviously miscarried over the weekend (thank you, Google for letting me know what was happening to me). I called this morning and asked to speak with someone about my results, ya know.since I know they have them.still waiting for a call back. I'm telling you right now, I should've done a walk-in at Planned Parenthood - I would've been treated 10x better than I was and still am being treated. They have been my GYN for years and I was super excited to start this chapter of my life with them - I will never go back there. I did not and still have not received the treatment/bedside manner I deserved, especially at a time when I needed it the most.

Doctor San Roman goes above and beyond for his patients, I would highly recommend this office. He takes the time to consult about important matters and is considerate of his patients experiences, I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been going to this office for 18 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, nurses, and doctors who work there. It is always easy to access appointments, find out test results, and get questions answered. The office is immaculate; every single person you encounter working there is warm, friendly and patient. Most of the people who work there have been there since I started as a patient close to 20 years ago, which to me is very telling about the atmosphere in which they work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been going to Argen medical for 19 years and only have wonderful things to say about the entire staff. The front desk is always friendly and kind especially Kerri. She has always gone above and beyond to help me, especially through some challenging times. Dr SanRoman and Jackie are both amazing and compassionate people. I have referred many friends and family members to Argen medical over the years who are all extremely happy with everyone there. This office really has a great team. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

I have been using this office for over 30 years and not once have I ever had an issue. The front desk staff, especially Kerry, are always exceptional. They are always professional, courteous, caring, understanding and accommodating. I like this office so much I even recommended my daughters to use them.

If you are in search of a new OBGYN office, look no further. I cannot say enough good things about everyone who plays a part in running that office. Dr. San Roman, N. P, Jackie and Kerry have always made me feel at ease and continue to go over and beyond with any issues, concerns and/or questions I may have. They take their time to listen and address each and every concern and question with knowledge, experience and compassion. Thank you!

I am a patient of San Roman’s office for the past 20. Years. I can’t say enough about San Roman and his staff. They are most courteous and caring practice I’ve been to. He delivered my twins 10 years ago, being a high risk pregnancy they took careful care of me and my beautiful twins. Not only was I there every two weeks but they would call me constantly to make sure I was okay. I ended up delivering my twins early but during this traumatic experience of a c-section. I am deathly afraid of needles and Dr. San Román was aware of this. While the anesthesiologist inserted the catheter into my back. Dr. San Román wrapped his arms around me to keep me still and also to comfort me. Kerry, one of his staff was always pleasant and always ready to answer any question I had if I couldn’t speak to my doctor. If you want a great doctor, a wonderful human being, please do you self a favor and go see him. You will thank me later.

I have been coming to this office for over 17 years. I have seen many of the nurse practitioners for well woman’s health. And when I started having issues with my cycles Michele Meyer helped me find the right birth control to help with the bleeding. She also encouraged me stop smoking. Which I did. When Michele left I was at a lost. But I spoke to Kerry (the front desk receptionist and medical assistant) and she told try Jackie our new NP she is young and bubbles and sweet. And I did and it was an amazing connection. I have been with Jackie since. I was so thrilled with her my daughter, my mom, my sister and my daughter in law see her. Including many of my friends. I love the staff from Joan, Marie, Kerry, Carmen, the medical assistants. I was there when my niece was born and the care they took Dr SanRoman and Michele Mayer was far beyond any care taker I have ever witnessed. He truly is a wonderful doctor and knowledgeable. I know many people have different opinions but I will tell you that it could have been an off day. Because these women and gentleman treat patients with respect, dignity and The BEST bedside manner. I love walking into this office and they know my name ask for my kids tell me what going on with their family. I share photos with them. I absolutely love this s office. Some people don’t understand you get what you give. I will always be a true Argen patient.

Love love love everything about this office. They are all so friendly and amazing. They always make me feel so comfortable. Kerri (one of the office staff) is knowledgeable and is able to answer my questions and work with my schedule to get me seen when needed.

I delivered 2 out if 3 of my children through this office (the third was only because of an insurance change on my part). The office staff always made me feel comfortable and that my issues or questions were valid and heard, then resolved. My first born had distress when I was in labor and Kerri literally saved his life by acting with urgency to get me to the hospital in time. Dr Brenner vacuum assisted him into this world (with no time for an epidural. Yikes). My second was an uneventful birth where Dr Sanroman and Michelle were switching shifts and Michelle was on call when my little girl was born. Yikes Again- no epidural. Don’t believe the reviews about performing procedures without consent or without proper information. They don’t and haven’t ever been less than thorough. I have quite a few friends and family members that are also long time patients of this practice.

TERRIBLE staff and office as a whole. Starting off, I called to make an appointment. When I told the receptionist what it was for, she says “YUCK”. Extremely inappropriate. Fast forward, my appointment day is here and I arrive. Im seen by MD.brenner, for what the receptionist told me was scheduled for an annual check up and also the reason I called to be seen. Little do I know, I was scheduled for a procedure that was NOT made clear by me. Starting the annual, dr.brenner says to me “you’re a pro at this” again, RUDE! And completely out of line. I should have got up and left after the comment the receptionist made and the doctor herself. But me being vulnerable, on the bed naked was so taken back that professionals can even act as such. As the annual is still being done, all of a sudden she says “your going to feel some cramping” and i felt immediate pain and started hysterically crying instantly, she asked if I took any pain meds and I said no because I didn’t know I was scheduled for this nor did anybody tell me or run it by me. Whether I was getting a procedure done or not it should have been ran by me and I should have been walked through it and comforted. It was done shortly after that and I had left. I called the office after I left and had gathered my emotions and feelings. To be able to express my traumatic experience. I was forwarded to the most RUDEST UNPROFESSIONAL nurse supervisor. She told me that they probably didn’t mean the comments in that way and that I took it how I took it. She was raising her voice, being snappy and inconsiderate. She also said she doesn’t think she can make the situation any better being that she was backing her staff and refused to take any criticism. She didn’t even apologize on their behalf or atleast say she will talk to them about it. She was complete defensive off the bat and so unprofessional. The whole thing is recorded and will be reporting it to the board of health. I have never witnessed such poor bedside manner in a facility as such. Shame on this office for treating and speaking to people the way they do. Some professions are not for everybody and I truly believe there’s atleast 4 staff in there that this applies to. Save yourselves the visit and find a place with better ratings that will actually treat you like a human being and not make you feel like gum on the bottom of your shoe because you require specific medical attention. They are not happy with their jobs.

Absolutely HANDS DOWN this place has the most friendly and knowledgable staff! Very sweet and attentive! And the attention to detail is honestly so reassuring!

My mom had an appointment and we arrived 5 minutes early, they didn't attend us because they didn't feel like it. They were disrespectful to both of us. And they were racist because me and my mother are Hispanic. They made us wait 20 minutes just to tell us they couldn't attend us.
