Great doctor. Had an ongoing ingrown toenail issue, last podiatrist was doing the exact opposite of what he was supposed to in order to treat. Dr Rubenstein suggested a new treatment called oni fix. Not covered by insurance and not cheap, I was skeptical … a month later still in pain I begged the doc to do toe surgery to treat the nail as I had done 15 years ago. Doc Rubenstein pleaded with me to give it more time, and I am glad that I did. A few months later of repeated oni fix applications (3 total) and I am pain free with a normal nail.

I was referred to Dr Rubenstein by my PCP who said Ari was the best.and he was absolutely right. The appointment never felt rushed. He began by spending several minutes thoroughly inspecting my healthy foot to determine the irregularities in my injured foot. Then when it was time to determine the problem with my injured foot, he was extremely delicate and sensitive to my pain while manipulating the foot to form his diagnosis. After the scans, he took extra time to explain to me the inner workings of my foot and and the implications the injury would have, using those scans and visual aids to help me understand how a healthy foot should be working. After an extensive demonstration of taping techniques to alleviate strees/pain to the injured area, I felt relieved and confident in my healing process. I never thought I would say this about a doctor's visit, but I look forward to my follow up appointment to go over my progress.

Doctor Rubinstein has excellent bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and very clear and detailed. I took my husband today to see him and after that experience, I will schedule an appointment for me as well.
