After years of research to find a surgeon to perform a breast augmentation, I went with Dr. Tehrani as his results were exactly what I was looking for. My first impression was already off to a great start when I received a very prompt, thorough, and warm response from Kristin to schedule a consultation. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has treated me with the utmost consideration and kindness. They were very understanding, relieved my anxieties, and listened to any concerns I had regarding the surgery. My surgery and recovery went so smoothly and the results are even better than I had anticipated. Pleasantly surprised with how well my entire experience with Aristocrat PS has been, couldn’t be happier!

For years I’ve been contemplating breast augmentation surgery but was unsure where to start. After my initial consultation with Dr. Tehrani I felt so comfortable and sure that trusting him with my surgery would be the right decision. 4 weeks post op and I’m feeling so confident and happy with my results. This review is past due. I had a botched lipo surgery for my thighs and if it wasn't for Dr. T, I would have continued to feel ashamed of what Id done to myself. His entire staff was wonderful and relatable. The establishment was clean, organized and we'll run. Dr. T was realistic with what can be done or not. He is quite talented and boy do the results speak for itself. Definitely get the massages too! They are important and if you can do them at their facility well you are halfway there to the results you hoped for. Take care of your body and follow their instructions. You won't be sorry. Will be returning for sure.

I came to Dr. Tehrani with a seemingly simple procedure, thinking he is the best in the city, and left far far worse off. Simply put, while I’m sure Dr. Tehrani is a skilled doctor, his staff is not and that resulted in a medical oversight that sent me into an emergency surgery a week after the procedure. I can say much more, but I would simply suggest you go for a practice that prioritizes skilled staff over aesthetics.

I got my breast augmentation more than a year ago at this place. I always noticed that they were too close together. I visited 3 other different doctors and they all confirmed that I have SYMMASTIA! I came back to doctor Dr. Tehrani and denied I have that when it was clear that I do. I spend thousands of dollars for a terrible job that now I have to fix and spend more money. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Dr. T and his staff provided outstanding care to me my first time getting injectables. Not only are my results beautiful and soft, the procedure was comfortable and I was very at ease. If you’re looking for a great cosmetics team absolutely see Dr. T and his staff you will not be disappointed.

I was hesitant in the beginning when I first attempted to reach out to APS in Great Neck, but the abundance of positive reviews of Dr. Kevin Tehrani's reconstruction surgeries, specifically with rhinoplasty, made me confident that this surgeon would be the right fit, for me. This was going to be a correction on the exterior appearance of a previous nose job I had completed by another surgeon. I had a very large bulb at the tip of my nose, including a very wide set nose, which was the outcome of another surgeon. The initial consultation appointment/scheduling was all over the place, I was rescheduled twice by the office and once because I wasn't able to keep their appointment. Nonetheless, the process moved rather quickly after my consult.and after a few weeks I was in surgery, ready to rock n' roll. Desperately wanting this revision and wanting the outcome that I've desired for years, and Dr. Tehrani being on board with what I've wanted, I never once hesitated. Maybe I should have been a little wiser, due to my negligence I now have a nose that looks exactly the same as the day I entered his office, still wide with a heavy bulb at the tip, now to add the fact that both air valves (right and left) are so miniscule, that one has been deemed collapsed. I have terrible problems breathing. I wake up choking in the middle of the night, causing me anxiety, stress, and no sleep. I constantly get comments of an arched line that has now formed at the top of my nose bridge, just below my brow line. My follow up appointment with Kevin Tehrani were always "It takes time for a nose to settle"; "Don't worry, the swelling with come down"; by month #6, post-op, I should begin seeing something, but now, as of my last evaluation, completed at the end of May 2022, I have to complete the surgery all over again, but this time he is willing to go through my insurance and collect $26k. After I have already paid $14k+ out of pocket for my initial surgery with him. As far as I remember, and as per my medical records stated, I inquired about going through my insurance due to this surgery being a revision of a deviated septum. "No", was my response by the office and doctor. It's a cosmetic procedure, with no breathing issues, etc. Okay. So how is it possible now?
Instead of admitting his faults, and stating that he didn't do the job to the best of his ability, he rather hide behind his staff and simply come up with thousands of excuses. I would not allow myself to have Dr. Tehrani have a 2nd attempt. There shouldn't be a 2nd attempt. A nose is not something that can be covered up and ignored. Recovery was terrible the first round, and I can only imagine the disappointment I will feel once again. Once you have lost respect and the ability to believe his dishonest ways, it's difficult to trust again.
Please don't be foolish, as I was. Do your due diligence when selecting your surgeon. Don't believe reviews. Consult with many surgeons prior to making your final decision. Surgeons see us as cattle, once you've entered their office its $ they see. Rarely do they care of the aftermath they've caused the patients such as depression or not being able to function because they have left you more damaged then once youve first entered their door.

I went to Dr Tehrani and scheduled a procedure. I left a 3000 deposit with them. Kristen had told me if I had canceled or changed my mind I could use the money towards something else, so due to COVID I had to cancel! I had a appointment for fillers yesterday and the billing dept calls me and tells me basically I’m beat for my money. I can’t use that money towards fillers or Botox only surgery! I told her Kristen told me differently and she said well I’ll tell her. That was it, this is outstandingly wrong to me. I m so upset and will get legal help. This is a lot Money for me to lose! Do Not Go There! Not good people

From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with such warmth. My experience was so amazing with The nurses and Dr Pierre Lapaine. His calm demeanor and expertise, patience, and magical hands! I have had two great experiences with Dr. Tehrani. My results are amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and caring! Both the Dr.and the coordinator communicated clearly with me and answered all of the questions I had. It was clear that they wanted me to be comfortable heading into surgery, and thereafter. I often have sensitivity to anesthesia and become very nauseous afterward, but they use a type of anesthesia that is slightly more costly but much less harsh on the body, or at least on my body! I had the best wake-up ever! Not even a moment of nausea or discomfort related to anesthesia. Thank you to Dr. T and all the amazing professionals who cared for me at various points along the way!

Great staff, office run very well. Medical assistant is very informative and helpful. Doctor Tehrani, is excellent in what he does, his staff is very professional and go above and beyond what their duties are. Could not ask for better care.
