They got me right in with my 17 yr old cat. Very prompt and explained everything and he left feeling better than when he got there. Thank you Dr. Alex.

Staff is very friendly and the got me in the same day for my sick cat. You need to call first thing in the morning because they book up fast. My cat got a complete check up along with checking for respiratory infection. Reasonably priced for same day appointment. The vet was kind and explained everything. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I foster through Keller’s Kats and the entire staff at Ark are always willing to help us. They are courteous, friendly, and patient. I highly recommend them.

My puppy was attacked by a hawk in my backyard. Ark Vet was the ONLY hospital available and willing to take my YorkiePoo in to be treated. For that, I'm thankful, and he is on the mend!

Took my older cat in because he was constipated. Saw Dr. Alexandra Dolzhenko. For a frail older cat she was way to rough. During her exam I believe she ruptured something, because 3 hours later he was dead! He only went in because he was constipated!

Very Grateful Our Vet, The Country Vet, Recommended ARK Urgent Care. Our German Shepherd, Kaley had an emergency. Due to Raw (redskins potatoe piece I had given her, while peeling potatoes for Supper. I had No idea that Raw Potatoes could be on the list of "toxic" to Dogs! Dr Coombs was Caring, and So Considerate while attending to Our Kaley. And She kept the Price down! Which was Most Appreciated. Thank You ARK

Wow…. Amazing…. Caring…. Knowledgeable…. Patient…. Helpful…. And available during a crisis. This is the 2nd time I have been to Ark (2 different furry ones), and both times my experiences have been exceptional. I am beyond grateful for Ark Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care. Our region is in crisis with the availability of veterinary care — especially when one of our furry family is suddenly ill or injured. This team is A+ in every way. I can't say I was happy I had to come here, but that wasn't Ark's fault at all. My 13 year old cat who had cancer had stopped eating, and my normal vet was unfortunately booked for the full day. Ark was able to see us, and was very compassionate with Strider and I. I don't know the name of the vet we saw. They were clear in communication and helped make Strider comfortable - his condition had deteriorated rapidly. They never made me feel stupid or naive for still holding out hope they'd be able to save him when I brought him in. When the bloodwork came back, the options were euthanasia or an intense, expensive multi-night in the nearest emergency hospital they could transfer him to. They were honest with me that cats his age with his pre-existing conditions had very low odds of recovering from a crises like this even with state of the art care. Ultimately, they were thorough in explaining the euthanasia process, which included multiple points where I could just spend as much time as I needed to with Strider to say goodbye. While nothing hurts quite like leaving the office with an empty carrier, they were there for us when we needed them.

Called early and got an appointment very quickly same day. My dog Lily wound up having a ruptured eardrum. Dr. Marky and tech Danielle were amazing to work with in a stressful situation. The entire staff was great to work with.

If I could I would give ARK zero stars and it is for one person. Sandy Marky. I brought my dog to ARK because she was experiencing vomitting and diarrhea. She was a 12 year old beagle who was in incredible health otherwise. When we arrived I explained what her diet consisted of. I have been feeding her venison, salmon, white fish, and occasionally ham, rice, potatoes and carrots and blueberries as snacks. The majority of her diet was protien. What I was expecting when I arrived was some investigation into what could be causing her these problems and how to help my dog. What I got was Sandy giving me an earful how I should not be feeding my dog venison and how it was my fault that she was doing poorly. She then gave me a sheet of options ranging from $1100 - $1300 with little to no guidence on where to start. We had blood work done, testing for Lyme disease, medicine incase of worms and some antibiotics, $700 later and still no idea what the issue was. I have been feeding my dog venison for the past 8 years. When I switched over from dog food to venison I saw a dramatic change. Her coat was silky she was full of energy and she got lean and healthy. For those of you who do not know venison is deer meat. It is some of the most healthy meat you can get. It is lean and clean. 1 week later my dog was doing worse so I brough her into (Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Service) They took her in quickly did an ultrasound and immediately found multiple tumors throughout her body, wrapping around her kidneys. So I had to put her down. They were very efficient and helpful. If you have a pet who you may think is in critical condition or could have a serious issue I would avoid ARK at all costs. I hope ARK can find new Veterinary Specialists who have more knowledge of what a healthy diet for a dog consists of.

I can't express enough how thankful and appreciative I am for the Above and Beyond care my dog received. The miracle I was looking for, absolute angels.

My lab Whalen came here for an urgent second opinion. Turns out he swallowed a toy which was obstructing his intestines. He was able to receive same-day surgery, and is now recovering at home. I was very happy with the thoroughness and promptness of the care team here. They took great care of my boy, and were great to me and my girlfriend as well. I am very happy we decided to get Whalen treated here.

Very kind and compassionate staff! My doggo wasn’t acting right, they got him in same day and really took the time to figure out what was going on. I was informed along the way and haven’t felt that comfortable with a medical team caring for my pets in a long time. I am very thankful for the time and effort put into caring for my baby and the compassion shown to me as a worried fur mom.

I always went to ark veterinary hospital every time I need something for my dog’s. My 2 babies are happy and healthy. Now I’m waiting their boarding to open so I can leave my dog’s safely and confidently.
