Several weeks ago my boiler mate sprung a pinhole leak causing me to have to shut off my hot water. I have a 2 year old and an 8 month pregnant wife. Needless to say that an extended period without hot water would have made for a cranky household. Armor got the right tank special ordered (had to fit in a crawl space and work with my boiler system) and installed within about 36 hours of me making the first call to them. We really appreciated it and will be repeat customers.

Our AC died on July 4th. Left a message that evening, they called back the next a.m. And had a service tech out that afternoon. Installed new unit 2 days later. Arrived as scheduled, put down a drop cloth so as not to mess up my floor, put new copper lines, new thermostat, new filter, efficient, went above and beyond. So unusual in this day and age. We have been working with Armor since we built our home in 1989. Luckily we have not had to call them but a few times. Since our AC unit was the original one from 1989, we expected it to die soon, and when it did need replacing it was a pleasant experience. Way to go Armor!

With the summers getting warmer here in Buffalo I have been toying with the idea of getting central air for my upstairs apartment and since Armor Heating had already installed the furnace and one other air conditioning unit here they were my first call. Tom came over and asked how my grandparents were, as they were who did the furnace and other air unit, and went over everything and gave me a fair price. I had them install it a few days later and the crew was professional and friendly. They did a great job! Highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with Armor Heating. They originally installed our central air 35 years ago with the Carrier Brand!
They replaced that unit on Tuesday, August 22,2023 with another Carrier Unit! We even spoke with a friend who had her Carrier unit installed 30 years ago by Armor and she said it's still going strong. Armor was great! Installation and clean up

We visited Armor Heating and spoke with Paul Kam about purchasing a new air conditioner. Tom Kam came to our condo and gave us an estimate on a Carrier air conditioner. Two days later Mike and Sam came, installed our new air conditioner and took the old one away. The service was excellent and we highly recommend Armor Heating.
