Aron's Kissena Farms reviews
21Mechy's Deli is here in Aron's Kissena Farms and that's really a great addition to a great kosher supermarket that has Everything available at good prices including on site kosher bakery and sushi bar Its a really big place with great people working and helping customers a five star rating for this Super Kosher Supermarket!
Been goin there for at least 10 years. The prices always been high. But recent sushi increased $$$ insane. I don't think iam goin there again for sushi!
Lines can be get long at times-which is normal. Produce is great day of, doesnt last long though. Great store/has everything you might need.
The stuff here is fresh but very expensive which is fine but than the more you come the more things you notice such as giving away the smallest amount of wasabi so you can purchase the wasabi and ginger separately and that’s not all the cashier are very rude like I am new to the point system and she gave me extra rebates receipt but looked at me like why am I still Standing there.looking at my receipt all confused.and it takes a lot for me to walk into this store because I don’t wanna support Israel goods but when I chose to shop there the customer service keeps reminding me that I don’t have to come here.
Love the store! I appreciate Stacy and John who are always so sweet and helpful.always meeting people I know.for people in my generation it's like the Jewish Sardi's.
They have such a huge variety of food especially on Passover you can find so many types of food that you never thought it would be kosher for Passover. Really recommend this supermarket
This grocery store on Kissena Boulevard in Queens, New York carries kosher products only and is under the supervision of VHQ. It was expanded a few years ago and is a very large store, probably the largest kosher grocery store in Queens.
The store has an enormous number of products and has everything you need in terms of groceries. Many people compare it to Seasons, which is another kosher grocery store (also under the VHQ), is a a short distance away and is also in the Kew Garden Hills section of Queens. I personally like Seasons takeout food better.its also more convenient for us. However, Aarons is larger, has more of a selection and most people say its cheaper than Seasons, although I am not sure if that is the case
Aarons has a large parking lot. Its a bus ride and a walk or two separate buses away from the subway. I would try them both- it probably will end up to which one is closest to you and whose selection you think is better. Deciding which good kosher grocery store you prefer should be our biggest problem!
Very spacious, easy to locate what i am looking for. Great selections on everything. Always coming up with new ways to make shopping experience easier and fun (latest selection of nuts/spices and candy).
Store is always packed, no social distancing, masks sit below not only customers but also staff face. Has an amazing produce department however just not worth shopping here if the trade in is becoming COVID positive.
Always have a wonderful experience when I shop at aron, s. The foods are delicious, the store is always well p
ut together.
Excellent food shopping. Very fair prices. Free parking. Coffee? Clean restroom.
Good meat & fish section. Excellent BBQ ready made chickens
A wide variety of products to choose from: fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, household, etc.all great prices and excellent customer service! Check out the new Nut Factory store by the register. Freshly roasted nuts and seeds, dried fruits, spices, candies and chocolates etc.
It's got nice produce and products for participating all you need for every meal and snack Ohh boy /, am I full, for a good price too! Hay, its Queens, ya digg?
Whats great about this place is that they always have parking.
Very fresh produce and kosher meats.
Nice convenient place to do kosher shopping.
Aron's may be the best kosher supermarket in America. I'm from Baltimore, home of the famed Seven Mile Market, an excellent kosher supermarket by any standard, and I think Aron's beats us out for the title. Sure, Seven Mile is larger, but Aron's has larger variety in its offerings- from Dorito's to Cheetos, the junk food selection at Aron's is simply larger than that of Seven Mile. Additionally, Aron's is nicer, with recently redone floors and pleasant lighting. The store is spacious enough to offer any food a kosher shopper could want, but not so spacious as to be incredibly imposing. And shoppers were excellent about mask wearing. 5 stars, easy decision.
The fruits and vegetables meats and fish r always fresh. A bit on the expensive side, I guess they try to attract a certain type of shopper.
In my opinion Aron's is way overpriced. Store management needs to resolve that issue (Aron's prices used to be more like super market back in days).
Their prices were way cheaper than now. Seems like they have the cheapest produce retails still. Meat proces go up and down depends of the holidays. Grocery prices arent that convenient but pretty much they have a huge kosher selection in this store. Also big parking lot as well
My favorite Kosher Supermarket in Queens. Great selection, fair prices. Too bad they do not sell my book here, Customers would love it, "Ten Times Chai: 180 Orthodox Synagogues of New York City. "
They usually have a good variety of products at a fair price. Be aware that some products may be gone before festivities. Call and ask if they still have what you need.
