I'm in my late sixties, play sports and give exercise and dance classes. No need to say how important it is to be pain free. I've had other treatments that didn't work until now. I can go up and down stairs without having to hold on to the rails and pull myself up. Staff is great, there's no waiting time and though I have to travel an hour to get there it's worth the trip. 5 stars for sure.

Very nice people working there. They make you at ease to go through the procedure. Very efficient set up, minimal wait time, and friendly staff makes this a wonderful experience.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, care and sensitivity of the staff. I had a series of injections in both knees which was administered in a gentle and thoughtful manner. I would highly recommend arthritis knee pain care center in Garden City.

Scam central! Brought my son's grandma all the way from Brooklyn only to be denied the shots they said over the phone medicaid accepted.but then charged for an xray. They knew along she would be denied waste of time, money and gas. SENIOR EXPLOITATION, where's the dept for the aging when you need them!

The entire experience has been very positive. From the wonderful Girls at the front Desk to the Asst and The Dr. Knowledgeable, Friendly and accommodating. So far my Knees have been feeling much better. Hoping for my results to stay on this path. If so I will do the Gel shots again in 6 months to a year. Worth the 1 hour drive.

The office workers are polite and respectful. The Doctors are very good and work fast and professionally. It was an excellent experience at Arthritis knee pain center.

I wish all my Drs.appointments went like this. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. The Dr.explains everything and made me feel very comfortable.
I was in and out and back in my car in less than ½ hr. AWESOME!

With all honesty, I am giving AKPC a (5) star. The staff is wonderful, accommodating and comforting, etc… My first anti-inflammatory procedure was done by Dr. Rush and my expectations for my ongoing procedures were for sure great and I must tell you, it turned out to be so, after 5 other anti-inflammatory visits between both knees and to date, 3 gel shots on my right knee - I am expecting 1 more on my right knee before doing the same on the left with Dr. Ali. The truth is since my expectations were built up by my first visit with Dr. Rush, it remains consistent with Dr. Ali. For someone like me who is terribly afraid of needles, I am soooo happy to be in the hands of Dr. Ali and the rest of the staff at AKPC. Many thanks for your service…

Very friendly, they make you feel at ease. They explain everything to you so you know exactly what to expect so there are no surprises. The doctor tells you your not going to feel any pain from the needle all you will feel is pressure once he sprays the numbing stuff on it an that is true. I felt no pain just pressure. Glad I came here for my treatment. I recommend them

This place is great and I'm always welcomed and greated with a smile by the reception. The staff are also great and always in a good mood. My doctor is the best, he's always smiling and I have never had any pain during or after my knee injections.

Dr and most of staff good…. Over Scheduling and understaffed and unable to accommodate in waiting room Thanksgiving Eve appt not the steady front desk staff. I tried to ask the desk person politely to take my cell # so I could sit comfortably in my car (no seats in waiting room) until they were ready for me, she cut me off and said she was helping someone else… it is obvious to me stress mode was in full force and it was probably due to understaffing and overbooking stress I need another shot and unfortunately have to use this location or go out east. You know you have a large amount of patients, Try to accommodate them so they’re not stuffed in a hot room like cattle for long lengths of time!

I went to this place because I have been dealing with OA for over a year I went to 3 other Doctors and they say this say that and guess what I walk out in the same pain that I came in with that said I was watching the news and this place came up I call got and appointment and was explained everything too me and I left there with a sense of hope although the stiffness I can do without I will be going back for my next injection I was amazed that I was given relief the staff are kind and gentle

The staff at the Garden city office was the best part of the experience they made me feel welcome and was very informative about the procedure. I really notice the difference after the second session

After reading the reviews I was very skeptic to make an appointment but made one anyway. Received a phone call the day before the appointment. The woman on the other end said she has to reschedule my appointment due to lack of staffing staffing. It is now August now the next appointment she wanted to give me was October. Told her I can't wait until October she should have told me that when they booked the 1st appointment. That was not meant to be I will be seeing someone else.

Unfortunately the best word I can use for this place is incompetence. I tried many times to start gel treatments but they never even called my insurance to get things going. Not rocket science. I made call after call only to get someone in Kentucky instead of garden city. Why can't I speak directly with that office? Was told many times I would get a call but not one call back. When I did get checked out and signed what the copay costs would be, I noticed they were putting in copays for the injections also. Not so when it comes to injections. Only the office visits. I also have great insurance and confirmed the copays with my insurance company. This seemed to be an issue with them when I corrected them. Gave me the run around. Never heard another word which makes me think of the word scammers and double billing. I'm sure the American medical association would love to hear about this. The doctor also came across more like a salesman looking back on this experience. The commercial now looks to me as another info commercial to sell you something. All I got was my precious time wasted and gas in my car. If your thinking of going here I say buyer beware. This is an edit to the response to the owner. How dare you act like I don't exist! You don't recollect!? Let me refresh your memory. I was there on August 9th for an 11: 30 am appointment. Your staff took all my information with my insurance card. I signed paperwork. Your doctor took x-rays of my knees. Obviously incompetence comes from the top down. My review stands. Because of your ridiculous reply I give it minus 5 star's now. Remember.inadequate record keeping is unethical practice.
