That said my case came about traveling the back roads <leisurely> from Washington DC to Niagara Falls, being an aging boomer I was doing 55 on the 2 lane and 35 in all the small towns I was passing through. I got lasered on the edge of a town at 56MPH in a 35MPH, 21 miles an hour over the limit, oh well, time to pay the piper and help out the local fire department. I pled guilty with an attached note saying I was not a maniac and getting fined at 21MPH over the limit sounded like reckless driving and hoped it would be seen as excessive and given a slap on the wrist. Wrong, you pled guilty, no one reads your attached explanation and now on top of the fine, New York state considers me a nuisance driver and is putting 6 points on my clean driving record <and wants $300.00 more out of pocket>. Long story short I discover the need to file a Coram Nobis <change in plea>, find Arthur who takes my case, resolves it from 6 points down to 2 points and a non-moving violation. I am happy but will <now> be very careful when approaching small towns in the hinterland <this ordeal was expensive>. Arthur is professional, congenial, clear and concise in his communication, straightforward in laying out the situation and expectations. Arthur Is The Best, I’m A CDL driver and got a ticket for disobeyed traffic control device, called around 2am because I was worried about points on my license, I received a called back a few hours later and made me comfortable that he will get me a better result and sure enough at the end, I end up with no points and just have to pay a small fine which is amazing, definitely would hire him again if needed and highly recommend Arthur for anyone
