My Appointment was made with fairly short notice. It was kept promptly, and Dr. Amar was helpful, friendly and responsive. A very pleasant doctor visit. Thank you.

I was seen by the doctor on time! She was knowledgeable and was able to help me with my problem.

Dr. Amar is an excellent Dr and surgeon with a sweet and sincere bedside manner. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family. She has been taking care of my feet for various issues for years. Awesome Awesome. I don't understand the bad reviews. Some people I guess have no patience whatsoever. I'll stop going to her when I die. May God bless her and her staff.

I liked Dr. Amar as a person and as a doctor. I liked her practical approach - e.g. Two simple exercises, suggestions for good shoes, an inexpensive topical anti-inflammatory cream. I felt that in the future, too, I could trust her not to promote unnecessary and expensive procedures. The receptionist was kind and efficient.

196-200 is a dark basement office, a bit grungy and down a narrow cement staircase so if you have foot issues.remember that. The administrative staff is inept. Be prepared to have you name misspelled and therefore not being able to be found in "the system", They will make follow up appointments for you, for which they give you an appointment card.but fail to book the appointment on their end. The telephone numbers you call have option 1.listen to a lengthy prerecorded message for the hours of 7 different locations.or option 2.get hung up on.when you finally do get someone on the line they are just plainly rude.they give you the.give me a moment, hold on, be patient routine. While they try to figure out what should be rather basic task.after you just spent 30 minutes calling trying to get through being hung up on.the best the person on the other end can do is say they'll put you on list for a call back. Never going back, will never recommend.

Staff is very professional, efficient and personable. My visit was for a minor problem but have scheduled an appointment for a condition I’ve been postponing. I would most certainly recommend Dr. Amar to friends and family.

Dr Amar is the best. She's incredibly friendly, pleasant, and intelligent. Scheduling my appointment was so simple and her staff is lovely. I broke my toe, so I was concerned about the recovery, but Dr. Amar is so reassuring, she put my mind at ease.

This office is really professional. The staff is really pleasant and sweet. The wait time was not bad at all, they get their patients in and out. Dr Amar is great. She is so patient, she takes her time will all of her patients. I was extremely satisfied after my visit with her. She is super sweet I would recommend anyone to Dr Amar.

I went into my appointment with a lot of pain, and Dr Amar gave me options on solutions I could take.

Dr. Amar is a rare breed in doctors that takes her time with each patient. She's really compassionate and thorough, and she even has weekend hours. Highly recommend.

Was able to get in on a Saturday without an appointment. Dr Amar was kind and understanding. She was able to relieve my pain and offer good advice.

Once Dr Amar came in she was super friendly to my father. Even though he didnt speak much Wnglish she worked with him and with me to make sure his feet were ok and any problems were addressed.
She knows her work very well and I appreciate the service.
The staff is also friendly and there are alway appointments available at our locations.

Dr. Amar is a wonderful friendly and delightful Podiatrist. The Artisan Podiatry office is small but clean, quiet and welcoming. The Staff is pleasant and accommodating. I use to go to the Newkirk Ave office to see her, where they offered other services. It was really crowded, loud and had a lot of patients coming and going. I will be scheduling my appointments going forward at the Artisan Podiatry office @ Prospect Park West.office

The doctor is good but they don't really respect your appointment time so expect to wait up to 60+ minutes if they are busy

Dr. Amar is great. She is thorough, knowledgeable and personable. She is 5 stars all the way. The staff is not that good. They gave me an appointment on a day that they were not open. When asked directly if I needed to get an x-ray, they said, no, but I did need to get one. I was going to stay over an ask the doctor a quick follow up question. The staff said not to wait they would ask the doctor and call me. They didn't call. The staff is two stars. They need better training!
