I received a very rude attitude towards me as a patient from the staff, her name is Vika if she didn’t deceive me. I don't want to do this, but I will file a complaint with the health department. I don't think that a person like Vika can work with patients

I called last week after submitting an appointment request online and not receiving a response. I was able to make an appointment for June 19th at 12: 30pm with a woman I spoke to on the phone who took all my information including insurance information. After I booked over the phone I received a call from the office saying they received my online appointment request and offered an appointment to which I explained I already have one and even confirmed the date and time with the woman who called me. I arrived to my appointment and was told repeatedly by the younger receptionist with the botched lip injections that I never had an appointment. I tried to explain to her that I even confirmed the date and time over the phone after the office called me to book an appointment that I already booked. After arguing with me she threw her hands up and yelled "Fine! Then sign in! " and slams a pen down on the clipboard. I walked out, I will not be treated like that as soon as I walk into the door. If you are an unhappy and rude person you should not be working in the medical field.

The receptionist in this office is very unprofessional. I had an appointment which I made a month in a half ago was delayed for another two months. Claiming that the doctor has emergency appointment. When I asked her to help with finding an available spot for me, she rudely refused to work with me at all. I would stay away from this office.
