Terrible and horrible driver. Van #62,
He had the audacity to try and make me climb steps in to his Van when I clearly told him I couldn't because I'm temporarily disabled, I asked to be lifted into the Van. Driver claimed there was no lift which I was looking right at, then said it didn't work, then said one minute and went into the Van to call the company and complain. He was taking his sweet time making me late to my Dr appointment and he was already 20 minutes late. He claims because I didn't order a lift he doesn't have to use it, and I told him if I ordered a regular car I wouldn't have to climb steps. Could you imagine if this was our elderly family he was picking up. I hope this driver and rude dispatcher is never hurt or in need of compassion or assistance to get into a car or Van.

Service -0000. Especially if Misha picks up the phone. Very rude in communication. Swears, swears and calls customers names. There is clearly something abnormal in the person’s head. General manager, where do you see how you still keep him? You will ever be sued by the police or in court.

I am very angry with dispatcher By name Misha today he threatened to my mother in law over the phone he said very disgusting things, I hope someone will pay attention to this situation.

My Grandmother has been using Ascona for the past 20 years! And is extremally happy. They're always on time and very helpful. Thank You for your amazing service.

Terrible horrible dispatcher by name Misha. The most disgusting, arrogant person I’ve ever met. The company should get rid of him as soon as possible if they care about their reputation. He should be sued for harsh insulting words he is using for sick elderly people. He cursed (yes literally cursed out) my elderly disabled mother and refused to give her transportation. So, she missed few important appointments. I would rate this Ascona service 0 if it was possible.

They accepted my MAS trip and then decided at the last minute they couldn't do it. Had to pay Uber 26 dollars. Why couldn't they call the day before I would have made other arrangements very unprofessional.

Don't ever use this company. Dispatcher has very bad attitude and is extremely rude to the customers. Avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Michael is the most disgusting person I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I don’t usually say things like this, but you most obviously have some issues, that need to be resolved in therapy, so you don’t project whatever is going inside of you onto your clients. Your behavior shows the lack of basic communication and social skills. Hope you heal.

If I can put zero stars I would. My elderly mother is standing as I write this review next to the dr office waiting for the car. She called to find out why her transportation was late. Mihail cursed her out three times and told her she will have to wait as long as it takes. Disgusting, unacceptable behavior. This company transports elderly people to their medical appointments.
