Had a cleaning and exam. Cleaning was excellent. Exam? Seems OK. Dentist had an attitude when I asked to see her license. No diplomas or other documents on the walls. Never had her before at this office which has a world class top notch dentist "Dr. Zedeker". Dr. Z.is excellent. 5 star+. I cant have a person work on my teeth that seems to be doing me a favor.

This office offers compassionate care. They really listen and respond to individual needs. They are available by phone or text. Excellent service and fun people. Highly recommend.

First time in the facility and everyone in the staff was so nice and professional. I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out and It was a comfortable experience.

Great experience! From the staff in reception, nicest and best hygienist and a terrific dentist…. Been using this practice for many years.

We are new to the practice and so far everything has been amazing. The front desk is wonderful, the hygenists, the dentist - everyone so kind and more than competent. We have been a pain in the neck because of our insurance - the office has been patiently working with us via emails and phone to help us resolve the situation. They even offered to call our previous dentist for help.

I should have never let these people any where near my mouth. They have caused nothing but harm to me and should be investigated for ethics.

Dr. Zedecker is kind, compassionate, and extremely skilled in dentistry. I appreciate his expertise. The staff is on top of the details and Daz is friendly and a thoughtful assistant. Taking the stress out of what is usually a stressful situation makes for a pleasant visit. Thank you!

I had my tooth extracted a few weeks ago and everybody involved from Dr. Heller to his assistant Briana to Lexine the receptionist and last but not least Samantha the office manager were at the top of their gam!

I've returned to Dr. Zedeker's practice as soon as my new surety, Aetna Medicare, allowed.

I was very unhappy with two other dentists; one in White Plains and the other in Scarsdale, NY. Not all dentists give great service.

Ashford Dental, Dobbs Ferry, NY is the better service and my family uses it well.

I'm almost 70 years old and I have all my original teeth which I credit much to Ashford Dental, Dobbs Ferry, NY.

I have been going here for 5+ years and I am always pleased with the service - from the receptionist to dental hygienist to the dentists - everyone is truly wonderful. I always recommend Ashford Dental when asked.

Love this place! Dr. Chaudhry is wonderful and the staff is super welcoming. Briana has been a great dental assistant and makes the not so exciting appointment fun. I love the appointment reminders that go out to clients as well.

Really nice first visit! I have complicated issues and I am always nervous about finding a new dentist. I really felt good here. Staff is so kind and thorough, dentists not at all pushy. Really listened to me. I’m hopeful that this is going to be my new practice!

I have been a patient with Zedeker practice for about a year right after we moved in the area. With such amazing reviews I felt I was in good hands. Unfortunately my personal experience has not been so great in general back then and I decided to find another dentist after the couple of treatments I had. I had growing discomfort/pain last September on a tooth that was treated by Mr Zedeker (root canal + crown) 2 years ago which I had already notified few weeks after the treatment back then (he said everything was fine/no x-ray was done). This time when I visited the office he told me that the tooth has to be removed without any explanation at all on why this was happening just two years after the treatment. I visited another practice to get a second opinion who confirmed the diagnosis and explained that the crown was not properly sealed from the very beginning which created this whole situation. I emailed the office a month ago and never got any reply at all. Based on my experience I would definitively stay away from this practice at least for any major dental work. I believe the 4.9 rating is the result of an aggressive strategy to push for reviews after any visit - I wish they would focus more on their patient and dental work.

This was the first time I saw this Dentist, but Dr. Heller was great! I broke off part of a molar that had an old filling - he repaired it and “milled” a partial cap in about an hour 1/2. I could not believe it seems like a good establishment.

Always a pleasure visiting this practice. Super professional staff. My family and I have been coming for to this practice and have always felt safe and taken care of.

The office & doctors are kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I moved from the west coast recently, and this is the best dentist office I’ve been part of.

Dr. Zedeker recently finished my very extensive dental restoration procedure. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. He and everyone in his office treated me well and have my complete confidence. This relatively small office has all of the state of the art equipment and procedures one could hope for. I highly recommend Dr. Zedeker for your dental care.
