It was good accept finding out the cost of delivery was $200 at the very end of purchase. Most places delivery is free or much less. I cancelled order (found same item cheaper online) and the salesperson was rude about it and hung up on me when I wanted proof that it was cancelled mailed to me.

The salesman Peter stated that the furniture we purchased would be taken apart and wrapped when delivered. When it arrived neither was done and I was very upset.

Liz was very knowledgeable in the sale of my new Purple mattress! She was very patient while helping me choose the right fit for my lower & upper back pain and we decided accordingly as needed a mattress with good support. Thank you Liz!

Horrible quality merchandise, horrible customer service. Merchandise will only last 1 year. And calling? Ya forget about it. Look up tiktok Ashley reviews. UNREAL. Oh and someone should tell Amanda in Corp that, yes indeed she has a boss. She told me there was no one higher then her.

Peter was excellent and guided us to the item we were looking for and was totally no-pressure but very helpful when asked about important information about the item, delivery, insurance, etc. I totally value that. The showroom was very well designed. The products were displayed well and very nice in quality and quantity.
Highly recommend this business and the class of the staff there and my salesman, Peter.

I can't recommend the Ashley Store highly enough. Peter Goff made the daunting experience of buying home furniture not only an pleasant experience, but a fun adventure! He took care of us every step of the way and we know we are in good hands both now and in the future. Looking forward to many more purchases!

Alexander was very knowledgeable on products and took the time to show us different options for furniture. He was not a pushy salesman but someone who took the time to listen to our best needs. Very easy to talk to and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for furniture. Definitely going back to purchase more.

I am downsizing from a large colonial home to a small modern townhouse and needed all new furniture. Ashley had a great selection for the rooms I needed to furnish at reasonable prices. Jodi McKain was very helpful in working with myself and 2 daughters in picking out a wide range of matching items which we are confident will complement my new living spaces! She was very personable and professional, and I would highly recommend both Ashley and Jodi for anyone’s furniture needs!

Peter was very helpful in pointing me and my husband towards pieces that could suit our needs. And once we found the furniture we liked, the purchasing process was very easy.

Had issues with missing parts in my delivery, still haven’t received yet. Not happy about about the long wait. However, Amber has been really helpful and good with communicating with me on the issue. So 5 ️stars for her

Update: waited 2 weeks from that date for delivery to come. They didn’t know what part was missing. So they had to build to figure out what it was. After they assembled This time another part was missing. Had to wait another week and a few days.this time no one communicated with me when the package would be here or updated me with any information. Called in yesterday for them to tell me that the pack has been expedited but we can’t tell when it will come I would have to call customer service. Package came today and was sitting out in the rain.

Barb at the Ashley store was great to work with. She took time to match the measurements of my place with the furniture I was buying and addressed all my concerns. I appreciated her background knowledge. Just wish the couch didn’t come with so many extra pillows lol!
