Ashley Management Corporation, Rochester NY

Ashley Management is honestly a great company! I have previously worked at one of the local complexes. They accepted me when I was green and gave me a chance to learn. The apartments and townhouses were very clean, the whole complex is very well taken care of, maintenance crew is very good, very on top of work orders. It’s very organized, great leadership, great mentorship, felt like a family when going to work. Other than that, the pay was terrible. Just enough to get by…if that. 2 months before my 1 year review, I get rejected. Long story short not by my work ethic, but by the location I was working at… it didn’t make much sense to me either. The higher ups Reminded me of the high school teenagers from the movie “mean girls” but a remake 40 years later and the burn book was the employees.now a days, find a company that’s perfect… it’s not gonna happen.

Just transferred from my one bedroom to a townhouse at long pond shores and they made it so easy and I love my new place! The girls in the office at long pond shores are great too! I’m so glad they replaced the old office manager Jill she was not nice at all and did not make living here a good experience but the office manger now is great!

Staff is very helpful and friendly during the whole process. Such a beautiful place to live!
