I went in today for my wisdom tooth to be pulled out, and I was out within about 20 minutes. The staff here is very friendly, fast and professional. Thanks Aspen dental.

The staff is always super friendly from the receptionist to the actual dentist. I went to take advantage of the Invisalign promotion. Got my scans done, made my payment and about to schedule my next appointment but since I'm a trucker, they actually knocked out the next appointment right then and there to accommodate my schedule. Super grateful for the workers at the Gates location!

They were amazing, and very professional! I've dealt with dentists who didn't know what they were doing, and this dental office did not have anyone like that working there.:)

New customers BEWARE. Take your business ELSEWHERE! I give ZERO star rating. Aspen Dental refused to give me a basic teeth cleaning upon request. After xrays and a 1 minute look over from the dentist, the dental hygienist measured my gum pockets and informed me some were in the 4 range and a few in the back were a 5, and "recommended" a deep cleaning. At some point during the exam the dental hygenist really pushed the tool hard into my gums. I was then told to head out to the front desk to discuss insurance coverage and schedule cleaning appointment. Currently I have only preventative coverage. I was informed deep cleaning wasn't covered under preventative. I was quoted $1200.00 for just the deep cleaning (not including cost of antibiotics, etc.). At which point I responded that I did not have $1200.00 to pay for the deep cleaning and I would like to schedule a basic cleaning now and a deep cleaning would have to wait till after the 1st of the year when I could elect to have it covered under my insurance plan.
The response I received was a basic cleaning could not be scheduled until the deep cleaning was performed. I was told I could make payments on the $1200.00 if I couldn't afford to pay the entire cost upfront. Of course I said no. Why would I pay $1200.00 now when in 5 months I could have it covered under my insurance plan? That's a no brainer. Bottom line is they REFUSED to give me a basic cleaning until I paid and had the more expensive cleaning done first. I am shocked I would be denied a basic cleaning and no reason was given as to why I was being denied? I think ultimately it should have been my decision as to what cleaning I would prefer and could afford. I am also shocked that a business would not be willing to work with their customers especially when it comes to paying $1200.00 out of pocket vs.waiting 5 months for insurance coverage to kick in to help save their customers money, especially with what is happening with Covid and the financial impact it has on all families. I guess you could say I have early to moderate periodontal disease. I am almost 50 years old.fact - 47.2% of adults aged 30 years and older have some form of periodontal disease. With almost 1/2 the adult population having this issue you would think a dentist would be more than willing for the sake of MY health to at least give me a basic cleaning (if that's all I can afford) than to deny ANY cleaning at all because I couldn't afford the more expensive cleaning. Aspen Dental, you should be obligated to give a basic cleaning as per my insurance covers regardless of what is "recommended" or the fact I have periodontal disease. Wow Aspen Dental you have a great business model.up-sell everyone that comes in and deny them basic service even if that's all they can afford! Aspen Dental you should be ashamed!

Every single person at Aspen Dental that I visited yesterday was courteous polite kind with a smile very helpful. I was treated with respect and was well taken care of.everything was explained to me fully I was given options I have serious problems with my teeth and I felt so at ease throughout the whole entire experience with reaching a solution at Aspen Dental. I highly recommend this location everyone here, the doctors the hygienist the nurse is the secretary, every single person on the staff was wonderful thank you. Aspen Dental for giving me a choice with my smile and the health of my mouth. They will be taking care of me and I look forward to continuing the experience and completing the procedures.

Everyone @ this office is wonderful! From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, it's always nice to come here EVEN THOUGH dental work can be unpleasant, the staff is pleasant and professional!

DR. Sai Mandava his dental assistants and lab technicians are wonderful. I had my bridge built onto in 2012 by a prosdodontist in McDonough, GA. I lost my smile due to such bad work that caused a sudden extreme underbite. Aspen Dental in Gates, NY returned my smile. I am extremely grateful.

I went there for a denture repair and they are all awesome! The Dental Assistant Kasia is the BEST she is so sweet and helpful and is definitely an asset for this profession as she knows her trade well! They took me in right away and had my dentures repaired in 3 hours WOW! The Dentist is also GREAT as he checked the fit and made sure everything was right before I left. I definitely will be going back there for all my dental work from now on as it was an awesome experience!

I went in for pain, and the staff and Dr. Sai were amazing! They went over everything thoroughly from treatment to what my insurance covered and what I would be spending out of pocket. They really took the time and I was treated very well.

Staff are friendly, doc was nice guy, got what I needed to get done but I did have appointment at 11 and didnt get seen until 1230 so that quite frustrating, not to mention I was to get there a half hour before appointment so 2 hours sitting there, a 4 hour lunch break from work was not an ideal situation

Besides the wait (which is at every doctors/dentist office), they were all super friendly and informative. I got 4 wisdom teeth removed and the operation went smoother than I thought. Dr Sai and Dr Brain were both great.

I'm so terrified of the dentist it's really bad. I went to aspen and they were nothing but nice and made you feel calm. They did whatever they had to to male you as comfortable as possible. I will be making this my dentist.

Great environment, awesome group of staff that makes you feel comfortable and in good care. My dental assistant was Kasia and she was funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. My service rep, Esterlyne, was super helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience was great and would highly recommend this location.

Luked the dwntal hygenist, but disliked not being given the optuon to decline the fluoride treatment. So i cancelled my next apoointment.

It really wasn't that great. Definitely not what the commercials make it to be. The wait was unnecessary uncomfortable. And the price and options really didn't seem different at all
