I won’t lie, like most others, not a fan of dentists, always get thinking how painful it has been in the past. Had totally different and positive experience at Aspen, from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, till I was finished, everyone made me feel so at ease. My nervousness went out the window. Even though I was a new patient, they treated me like “family”. Great group of people working there. Will be going back for more routine work.

The best service ever. The receptionist is awesome. Helps out a lot with accommodating the appointments and the staff are so great at providing wonderful dental care. Always a great experience!

The Dentist Dr Garcia, she was the best that i have ever work on my teeth. She explained in detail during the extraction every srep of the way. I have had 0 pain since the tooth extraction. Her and her assistant are the best!

Amazing service! My dental office had been giving me the run around for like a year telling me they were waiting for approval from my insurance company. I called here and scheduled a next day appointment. That same day they did all of my x-rays and half of my deep cleaning. I was scheduled for filings and the other deep cleaning for the week after. Something completely unheard of since all of my previous dentists always scheduled me for months later. A few years ago I was traumatized during a deep cleaning but they were amazing at this office. They made sure I was completely comfortable and would add additional numbing if I got a bit uncomfortable. I've transferred my entire family here and I'm so glad I found them. I've only been here two times and in those two appointments I've gotten my complete deep cleaning completed and a filling. I brung my youngest daughter in for one appointment and she had her cleaning plus her teeth sealed something my other dentist said I had to schedule. They also take the time to explain everything and you don't have a long wait

FANTASTIC! I have always been nervous about going to dentists until now. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Aspen Dental in Newburgh, NY. Every person in the office has been extremely professional and courteous. A special thank you to Dr. K. Saffner for the excellent service she has provided to me. She is extremely gentle and is very informative about the dental procedures she will be performing. Her kind, compassionate, and caring attitude is second to none and I'd like to commend her for a job well done! Also, I'd like to recognize, Rob, Maria, Katherine, and Gaby for being SUPERSTARS as well. They make my visits enjoyable and stress free. I appreciate all that you do, Thank you!

From the moment I came in they treated me awesome from Gaby to Maria and Dr. Saffner. Maria took her time and explained step by step everything that was going to happen, Dr. Saffner check me and put me at ease that it was just a deep cleaning that I needed, then Maria took over and she was gentle and explained everything as she went along. The office is beautiful very clean and the staff is friendly. Thank you for everything you guys did for me today!

Just had a procedure done on the 13th. Everyone was very nice, smoothest procedure I've ever had. Dr. Saffner was a real pro, she treated me like gold, the whole staff did. The office is immaculate, I was quite comfortable and at ease.

I am terrified of going to the dentist. I had a dentist I was comfortable with but unfortunately he retired. I had severe pain for several days and an abscess that burst. I went to Aspen Dental on a recommendation from my cousin and they were absolutely wonderful. Very kind and understanding of my fear. They did the X-rays as quickly as possible knowing I was in pain. Dr. Saffner diagnosed the problem quickly and it is being taken care of. Also since I have no insurance they offered me discounts and what I thought was going to be very expensive for me turned out to be very inexpensive. The rest of the staff was wonderful also especially Gabby who helped me get appointments that worked with my work schedule. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Aspen Dental.

First teeth cleaning at Aspen Dental with Maria, was very happy with the service.

Went in for my second cleaning, still great experience and very prompt.

I walked in one evening after work with a dental emergency, as my regular dentist was already closed. I cannot say enough great things about the way I was treated at Aspen Dental! They were very kind, understanding, and accommodating! I was in, out, picked up my antibiotics, and home, all within an hour. Everyone I interacted with there treated me amazingly. Thank you to the Aspen Dental team!

They are awesome. Went in with no appointment after dropping my top denture in sink and breaking in half. They repaired it on sight. No charge.

Overall experience was very good. There has been some prolonged waiting times.
Personal information should never be discussed at the front desk, like providing ss numbers.

This place just wants to make money out of you. Booked an appt for cleaning. I was never informed that it was not happening on the first visit, then I was told I needed a special cleaning and had one cavity. Also, I was told if I did not the cleaning that they wanted I cannot get any other services. They wanted 5K for the whole job!
I went back to my old dentist, he told I did not need a special cleaning, but I have 5 cavities instead! Do not trust these liars.

Well organized and very thorough, reasonable wait time and extremely accomodating for walk-in. So far great. The explanation was undrerstandable and I felt very safe in the hand of the professionals there.

1st visit to Aspen. I completed the paperwork, which was available on website, prior to my visit. I was called in promptly. Everyone was kind and caring. I have no complaints.

Well organized and knowledgeable dental office. Maria and Robert, the hygienists, are great! They both took time to explain issues, treatments and future benefits of possible treatments. Great staff, great experience.
