Best tooth pulling experience i ever had:) ****doing wonderfully Had to do it again 2 mo's.later for a risky upper tooth, risky that it could've punctured sinus floor. Dr. Russo did an amazing job & avoided complications. I'm truely blessed & grateful. He also spared me having to go to a specialist for this procedure.

As always exceeded my expectations! Twice now their staff booked to emergency appts to help save the day not once but BOTH TIMES! Rather then just prescribe me antibiotics and send me home to suffer more only to still need surgery in the future, they took me right in for 2 emergency procedures that literally saved my quality of life! Constant pain and agony from reoccurring dental issues (medical condition depletes my teeth, joints and bones) They could of taken advantage sent me home bring me back for 2 additional visits only to charge me more.take more time waste more of my life suffering missing out on my beautiful family! Nope! They went above and beyond to ensure I would no longer go thru the agony not to mention the staffs manners and professional are above the rest! They made me feel so comfortable and confident, put all my worst fears and worries to rest (dental work terrifies me) I'm so incredibly grateful to everyone at the Kingston NY location for everything they've done for me and giving me back my blessed life! Looking forward to 1 day soon posting My before & after transformation! Thanks again guys.see ya soon ans actually looking forward to it FOR THE 1ST TIME IN MY LIFE IM LOOKING FORWARD TO DENTAL WORK AHHHH! LOL!

Easy, no drama transfer from a clinic out of the area to the Kingston, NY location. Courteous, pleasant service. All procedures were throughly explained and my questions answered.

Amazing all around. Insanely friendly staff and the doctor who pulled my tooth did so with very little pain. Highly recommended.

I dont like going to the dentist's. But the staff at aspen dental takes that fear away. The staff was so helpful and so intetive. I had a crack tooth and was in so much pain. But at the end of the day they was more concerned of me not being in pain and finding out what to do to help. I dont have dental insurance but they did everything to help me to get my tooth extracted. And unlike other dental offices they are very knowledgeable. And the dentist's are very nice. Ill recomend aspen dental for people who are scared of the dentist and are finacially strapped for cash. Glad i started going to aspen dental.

The Middletown office was so nice and accommodating. I had a tooth that needed to be out. I was seen for x-rays and they pulled it out the same day. Dr. Mohammed was so patient and funny. Eventhough I was in pain he made me smile. I will definitely go back to the office for my check ups. He made the dentist a pleasant experience for me!

This place is an absolute scam. They don’t disclose that they require two initial visits to just get a teeth cleaning (yes I specified on the phone what I was coming in for- and that I had limited time to do it). Such a waste of time 0/10

Honestly I was skeptical. I thought Aspen was a “corporate dental office” and did not expect to be treated with care or find an easy solution to my current tooth issue. I chose to try anyway bc of the free exam and x-ray offer, and I’m glad I did. After calling at least 9 other local dentists due to an emergency dental concern, and being told there was no availability until MAY 2023 (7 months from now!) Aspen was able to fit me in within two days. The entire process was streamlined—one perk of a corporation I guess—and every single staff member was super friendly. I work in healthcare and have insanely high standards for treating patients, and I was not disappointed. Although my appointment was free, it was thorough and respectful and I left with a good game plan. The x-ray tech did her best to be gentle and efficient, the dentist was knowledgeable and kind (unlike my last few dentists who were pretty insulting), and the periodontist was so sweet. My anxiety prior to the apptmt completely melted. I have since scheduled an exam for my partner.
If I could adjust anything I would place a much stricter emphasis on patient privacy. The doors were left open during each procedure and I made eye contact with everyone passing by, even with instruments and fingers in my mouth. Very uncomfortable. Same with the checkout/financial part of the process. I overheard every patient’s financial troubles and oral health issues, and everyone in the waiting room heard mine. The set-up requires all patients to sit down with a… office manager? Financial consultant? That’s fine, but it shouldn’t take place out in the open. When we’re discussing personal info like that it’s best practice to do it in a private room. Finally, yes, it can get expensive. I was quoted almost $7k for what I was told would be a simple procedure, and I already know most other local offices charge much less. I’m not sure what the payment plan options are like yet, but don’t want to end up taking out a loan to make sure I keep all my teeth when I’m only 30. That being said, if they offer reasonable finance options and are consistently able to fit patients in without a months-long wait, it feels worth it. Overall, pleasantly surprised and very grateful to the Kingston staff.
