I appreciate the professional and timely service from this Aspen Dental in Poughkeepsie. A dental emergency during the holidays is unpleasant at best. The staff made it a calming and caring first visit in advance of tooth extraction (later this week). Highly recommend for preventative care before you need emergency help!

Last week I had some intense random Tooth pain in the evening. It was enough to make me scramble to find the nearest dentist and make an appointment. Aspen dental in Poughkeepsie was the only one with a appointment slot in the evening which worked perfect for my schedule and having one available the next day.

I haven't been to the dentist in 20 years so going into it I had no experience with what to do. I went in, signed in, and within two minutes they had me getting x-rays. It was pretty easy and they had diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and told me what needed to be done. Fast forward two days and I got my first deep cleaning which went very well. They helped me understand how much everything was and what I should do next. All around good experience I recommend them but more work to be done

Doctor had no bedside manner, started working on pulling tooth before numb, took HOURS as they don’t follow appointment time, and months to even get in for an appointment when it was urgent.

I love this place! I used to have excited to see dental professionals until I found this location. Simply amazing!

Appointments take forever. There always people doing nothing and yet you wait forever for them to see you. Also, they always want to tax on more to your appointment

Over charged me for what wasn't covered. Gave me injection I was allergic too. They got me but not my husband. Bad business

Hands down THEEE best dental service I’ve ever had. From the front/back desk, to the X-ray tech, to the Dr, and the hygienist; everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. They were so informative on everything done to me. I got to see awesome 3D pictures of my teeth. So happy with my cleaning results, this was amazing.

Don’t go to this dentist if you put the truth on your surveys. I was referred to this doctor and she is petty. The office manager was rude to me for asking why I would be responsible for a payment they hadn’t submitted to my secondary insurance. She began to be disrespectful, and becaus the whole office was mad that I filled out a survey saying the temporary crown that was put in my mouth was stained and I wasn’t happy with it. The office manager and another woman called me and said it’s just a temporary one I don’t see what the problem is because your permanent one won’t be like that. The dentist as she was putting in my permanent crown, she had an attitude and the crown didn’t fit so she drilled my tooth without numbing it. She yells across to her assistant while working in my mouth super unprofessional. And to top it all off, so my complaint can’t be escalated to their boss the doctor dismisses me from the practice so nothing can be done. So now I look like the angry customer who just likes to complain. So if you don’t mind being overcharged and worked on by a petty dentist, this is the place for you. Please don’t be honest about your service here because none of them are mature enough to handle the truth. Be blessed

Everyone there was very friendly and seemed caring. They explained what was going to happen and made me feel very comfortable.

Had made an appointment but it was too long for me to wait, so I came in as a walk in. They took me within 5 minutes. Everyone is very friendly and understanding. Explained in detail what was going to happen and payment. Very pleased with my visit.

I had my first visit at Aspen Dental. I was really happy with the dentist that took care of me. She really seemed to know her stuff. Going forward, I’m going to need few procedures to get my mouth in order.
Everyone there was helpful and I’m going back to start my dental work. I’m happy to have place and a solution for my mouth, that I can afford.
