Aspen Dental, Rochester NY

They gave me a free exam for my toothache but made it worse after poking and prodding me and didn’t even prescribe me anything for the pain or to treat the issue

I went to Aspen Dental to repair my dentures. The employee at that time insisted I needed an x-ray, and I denied the x-ray, insisting I only need to repair my denture for issues regarding comfort. They said they have to do an x-ray regardless. I said again, I only wanted a denture repair. They said my only option was to get an x-ray that I did not want. After the x-ray, they said they cannot repair my denture. Now, I was sent a bill for the x-ray that is not covered by my insurance. I am on social security & medicare, and I'm positive I was scammed with the x-ray.tl;dr - I went to repair my dentures. They performed an x-ray and didn't repair my dentures. Now they want money for an exam I didn't need, and they didn't help.

Experience was not good put me in one room, my appointment was for 11: 00! AM
I understand if there’s emergency’s with only one dentist, they could’ve informed me of that, but it took over an hour and a half closer to two hours, before I knew this, and it wasn’t so much that as it was the woman that takes care of the finance Dept.was extremely rude and said you know you’re not the only one here and I said I realize I’m not the only one person here and what she said was totally unnecessary and rude because of her I want nothing to do with Aspen and I’m sure I will put it on Facebook so other people now hopefully will be careful of Aspen in Irondequoit, I’m sure she’s going to be rude to other people. I’m sure I’m not the only one she’s done that with them being that jobs are so hard to come bye I hope they teach her manners and how to be polite to customers!

Very friendly staff. Made my son feel very comfortable with his vist. He said it was the best experience he ever had in the dentist office. DR Kim was very friendly and well as Maria and Sam and Judy. Thank you for a great experience! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

I actually love this location and Dr Kim! I’ve been going here for years now and won’t change a thing, her work speaks for itself.

Need another dentist my temporary cap fell off day one

I loved it! Although they don't take my insurance, they saw me the first day and got going with my care plan same
day! Its really hard to find a dentist thats accepting new patients, so I took my chance with them and I honestly feel like a winner. They're extremely knowledgeable and professional.
I needed a root canal and they did it the same day. They have payment plans and accept Care Credit. I'm so pleased with their professionalism and care. I recommend that you try getting Care Credit

Staff and reception were very friendly and location was clean. With that said, my first visit was incredibly rushed, the doctor did not listen to me at all, and it seemed the goal was to get as much money out of me as possible in the shortest period of time. Costs were also highly inflated, which might be because they take Medicaid so typically patients are seeing the costs. If you have regular dental insurance, go to a traditional dentist.

Wonderful staff, office manager, and doctors who took care of me. They all are friendly with a professional manner. I would recommend both the east ridge road and chili avenue locations in Rochester.

Everyone I interact with on my first visit was very helpful all the staff makes you feel like Hollywood. No pressure with anything I would recommend anyone to go there because they won't let u down

Started going to Aspen Dental after change of insurance. Was going to Eastman Dental & hated it there. It was terrible. Aspen Dental seems to get things done faster. I just started going there last week and very impressed. Plus it is close to home.

Friendly courteous and Very efficient. The Xray Technician and Dental Hygienist were awesome.

This dentist office will literally steal from you! Mislead you and overcharge you and then start ignoring you when you try to call! Seek elsewhere please
