Great experience! Hygienist was very thorough and the doctor repaired my filling quickly and easily!

Very 1st time here. And I'm not disappointed at all. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at the same time. We figured out what I needed done. And came back at 4 to start the process to a better and healthier smile. So I just wanted to tell yall once again ty so much.

I went and got my extraction done yesterday. Dr. Tin did a great job. He made sure I was comfortable as could be while getting wisdom teeth removed. Robert is so funny and he is awesome. Dr. Tin and Robert make a great team.

Our dental hygienist on W. Ridge Rd is so gentle and cautious with her work. My son and I both have very sensitive teeth and don’t like going to the dentist and she makes it so much easier to tolerate. Thank you!

Most unprofessional group I have ever seen. They are having technical issues and have to reschedule appointments. The phones disconnect your calls and if you leave a message they don't call back.

They were helpful and we all came to a surgery and after care agreement! I go in tomorrow to get all my teeth pulled and I am so excited about it because they helped put me at ease!

Great Staff here. Dr Lakshmi created the care plan. Dr Sai did the extraction. Gabrielle assisted and all were very focused on providing a comfortable environment!

Had a great experience at aspen dental. It was the first dentist office where EVERY single person who worked there was happy, friendly and positive. The actual dentist (I forget his name right now I’m sorry) was sooooooo nice… had a smile on the entire time. They all made me feel really comfortable… would 1000% recommend to everyone. They did great work on my implant tightening too! Super fast and efficient.

The lady's at the desk was so helpful and friendly, but the lady who did my x-rays was to the point and not as welcoming. The doctor was very helpful and very informative. As a veteran it is very hard for me to feel good about things when you run into people who are not friendly. But I do understand that every day isn't a good day for all.

I posted my first review before I actually had my procedure on 1/31/23. The office staff was polite but what happened next still shocks me. I was scheduled to have 4 wisdom teeth pulled. When I went to the back. I was asked if I smoked or drink? I replied no. The surgeon asked if I was ok? I told the surgeon that I was nervous for my first time but I was very calm. He told me my wisdom teeth are very deep and I would be in lot of pain. I might even need stitches. The surgeon puts the needle in my forearm arm. Then taps my forearm and asked do you feel anything? I told him I don’t feel anything yet because I felt his tap. He was very impatient and said it only takes 5secs. The side of my mouth is already propped open with his assistant on my left side. Instead of him checking my gums and making sure they numb. He takes his Utensil and starts vigorously pulling at my top left wisdom tooth. I felt everything, a jolt of pain shot through my body. When he finally pulled my tooth out I was shocked at what happened and the sedation had kicked in. He is screaming and yelling at me because I wasn’t answering him fast enough. It should be obvious the sedation makes you slow reacting. Then he yells I smoke weed repeatedly! I couldn’t believe this Asian surgeon sees a black man and assume I smoke weed! When I was asked this question in the beginning.
Then my responsible driver I’m unresponsive and if I smoke weed?
I have spoke to the Greece office staff. I was told office manger Lisa would call me back never did. Spoke to another manager that found it odd that he didn’t numb my gums with the needle. Other people have told me they had their gums numb before procedure. I was suppose to get a call back from a regional name Megan never happened. Aspen Dental should be ashamed. This was a horrible experience.
