Always pleasant staff. Personable and funny, it’s not like going to a regular dentist office and that’s coming from someone terrified of dentists. Love aspen. They really treat you like family. Going above and beyond.

Everyone at this office was polite, friendly and all had smiles on their faces. Would definitely recommend this office for service.

Constantly up selling unnecessary services. Went for a broken tooth, didn’t look at it or even touch it. Just charged me for multiple xrays and sent me on my way.

Unfortunately I had four surface cavities but the care that was put in for my cleaning and filling was painless (I’m rating a 1 out of 5).

If you are a retiree or veteran and are having issues/concerns with your teeth (real or dentures) give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Going to the dentist is financially overwhelming to me and my family. Thank you so much Aspen Dental Hamburg, NY for giving me and my children thorough exams and cleanings! Thank you for so much assistance and understanding when it came to financing. Painful emergency. Got in less than 24 hours. Quick, easy, inexpensive considering. Made my emergency easier to deal with. Dentist was really a blessing and kind, cheerful. Good job Aspen. Never was because of fear for a large company.

Very high priced for services, free first visit but makes it up in next one.most pay for 60 percent of all dental work recommened before you can schedule an appointment for one part of the work to be done

The wait at this location is ridiculous. I’m not sure what the point of a scheduled appointment time is when you will never be seen even 15 or 20 minutes close to it. We have waited well over an hour each time we visited. I will not be going back.

Went there about a year ago and told them I had no insurance and quote me a very high price and didn't give any other less expensive ways. Said come back when can get all the money. That's not what commercial says

This place is ridiculous. They tell you something is covered by insurance, start dental work for what is covered THEN tell you the rest not going to be covered and tell you they need $500 to finish the work. THEN send you a bill A YEAR LATER for work they said was covered and already did. Absolutely unprofessional and have no idea what they are talking about. WILL NEVER BE BACK. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The doctor and staff were excellent. I am so happy I went to Aspen dental. They explained everything in great detail. I had no pain at all in all the work they did including a tooth extraction. Again, I will rely on them for all my dental needs. Thank you.

Dr McClure is awesome. I'm terrified of needles and his technique was extremely gentle. I definitely recommend seeing him

Everyone from receptionist, dental assitant, to dentist were all so kind and emphathetic. Although i could not afford the recommemded procedure aspen went out of their way to try and help.

I've had a lot of dental work done at Aspen. I am very happy with them. Everybody that works there is amazing. I have had so much dental work done over the years and been to lots of dentists. I have had the privilage of having dr. MccLure work on my teeth today and about 6 months ago. He is AWESOME. Best dentist I have ever been to. I highly recommend him. I will be going to him as long as possible. Thank you doc.and Aspen dental. You guys are awesome!
