Unfriendly personnel (some of them). They seemed more interested in going home than doing blood work for my wife.

The rudest women work here! Shame on them for treating people so poorly!

Went to get blood work, building is run down and smells. No Receptionist and they don't do walk ins. Left and would never go back.

Most unprofessional place I have ever been to for blood work. Went in on a Saturday at 11: 30, knowing they close at noon. This was the only time I was able to get in. Girl came into lobby asking if everyone was checked in, as I'm in the process of putting my name in the computer. Looked at me and complained about still having 5 people to do and that I had to leave because they close at 12, mins you it was 11: 35. Simply put. If you close at 12 then have a notice on your door stating that no walk ins will be waited on passed 11: 30. You don't stampede out if the office area, complain about how many patients you have left, then refuse care to someone as they are half way done with checking in! Unprofessional, lazy, and rude! Will never go back to this dump!

I went there a week ago to have blood drawn for my Nephrologist. First and foremost I would like to say the phlebotomist who attempted to take my blood hit a nerve in my wrist and had to ask me if I wanted him to remove the needle. My thumb and forefinger became numb immediately. He tried a second time to draw blood and complained that my vein rolled. So he had someone else come in to draw my blood.
Now a week later I am still having issues my thumb and forefinger going numb with extreme pain and no grip whatsoever.
I will never go there again and will never recommend this lab to anyone else.
