Paul did a great job! Very personable and professional, he took the extra time to check the blower motor after I mentioned it didn't seem to be forcing out enough air. Look forward to seeing him again when he drops off the humidifier filter.

We did lots of research to find the right professionals to help us with our HVAC and came across Astar which is clearly very highly rated. I’m happy to report back that this company is the real deal. Jeff and his team from Astar did a very comprehensive check on our systems, gave us very detailed explanations and put together a solid plan on how to fix our units. They also provided heaters to help in the interim. This is the team to work with.

The tech was on time, and very patient when explaining to me what my problems we're with my unit. The tech also explained what my options were and how much it would cost me to have the repairs done. The tech explained what different options i had as far as paying for the necessary repairs.
